I would have given 5 stars but its location is not very convenient; however, rooms are super clean and comfortable; the restaurant offers wide variety of food for all ages with extended hours of business!

The hotel was fine, convenient enough considering the construction and other confusions navigating around the airport. But the restaurant was lovely. Good menu and good service.

The hotel is close to the terminal. The staff were friendly, went out of their way to make our stay great. The room was a perfect size, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and everything was as I had hoped. There was dinner, breakfast and vending machines on two floors. They had black out blinds and the temperature gage actually changed the temperature in the room. There was also a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. I was very happy with my stay.

Exactly as advertised ... shuttle very timely. Staff friendly and room fully updated. Lack of free breakfast seems off normal for the holiday inn brand.

There was an extra charge for everything. Including a refrigerator. Breakfast was a fee. The bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up with my back hurting; you could feel the springs in the mattress.

Clean comfortable rooms. Staff was pleasant. Would stay there again. Free parking, too.

I was disappointed as this hotel does not reward points for an golden IHG member if the room was booked thru ORBITS or EXPEDIA. That was a surprise because I particularly chose HOLIDAY INN (since I am a member of IHG and wanted to increase my awards). So now, if I wanted to HOTEL or MOTEL I would not use the third parties at all.

Room was great, restaurant was terrible. The service was lousy but everything else seemed ok.

Great room with everything electronic you'd need. The bed was so comfortable. The food was a little pricy but the waiter service was excellent. The front desk people were also welcoming and pleasant. The gym was well equipped and the whole hotel was completely clean.

Everything was okay, wish they have a vending machine for snacks and the free breakfast.

Great location to take public transportation everywhere. Bed super comfy!

Checked in since I had an early flight from EWR. Front desk was pretty unyielding on leaving my car there for an extra 8 hours after check-out. My internet didn't work with the passcode and they said twice they would send someone to fix it (after a 10 minute call) and no one ever came by. Not an ideal stay.

Comfy room, well appointed, close to airport with 24 hr shuttle. Food was good but crazy expensive and due to car wreck, broken wifi.

There was no internet, business was down, and it took us over an hour to check in. Customer service was bad.

This hotel was a real pleasure. The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. We didn't need to leave the hotel because the restaurant was excellent. Being in Newark, this was a blessing.

24hours airport shuttle is very convenient . Location of the hotel is very easy to find.
