It took 45 min and 3 phone calls to get a shuttle from the Holiday Inn to show up at 4 pm. Watched all the other hotels shuttles got through twice before it showed up. Booked this place due since it was the closest - big mistake.

The black mildew on the shower head, and the hair in the sink, along with the drain in the tub being backed up in room 301 had to be the worst of it for me. The beds were sooooo soft and comfy and the staff were pleasant.

The shuttle driver was the smoothest shuttle ride I have ever had and the front desk was wonderful as well at 1 AM it was so nice.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The television didn't work, so that was a problem.

The lobby was cold . This extended into the Restaurant too.

When I got to my hotel room after a long day at work the sheets smelled like BO like supper strong BO that immediately told me someone else had used the bed before me and the sheets weren’t changed.

The airport service is convenient. And the front desk person was extremely helpful. He/she answered all my calls with patience and professionalism. Great location.

Food horrible and table and utensils dirty on two visits to the restaurant

Staff was friendly and accommodating, we were able to check in a couple of hours early. Hotel was a little dated, rooms were clean. But at night we found an extra guest in our room, a mouse. I called the front fest and was immediately given a room on the top floor. We were only staying 2 nights, or else we would have gone to another place.

Everything was wonderful and it is so convenient. It’s in the perfect location being close to the airport.

All was well. Hospitality and the food was good. Room smelled fresh and clean..

everything was good. by mistake channel on demand was selected and was billed for about 16 dollars.At our request it was waved because we did not watch any movie. I think this was great curtsey service.

My room was sumptuous, cozy, and modern. Oh, that bed! The floor plan is made for at-home easy living. Not at all a hotel feel. The view is beautiful, especially at night. Concierge service for check-in, check-out, and requesting amenities was prompt and friendly. While location is ideal for quick, easy access to the airport, there isn't much to do or see nearby. Be sure to plan for transportation into town to explore Newark and New York for sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment.
