We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting New York.. Arrived early 12.05pm and rooms were not ready until just gone 15.00pm. Room was big but tired looking had a bedroom a lounge and large bathroom. Disappointed with bathroom cleanliness toilet was dirty bowl had not been cleaned along with seat and there was a flannel left in the bath a few hairs also noted on the floor. Breakfast was ok, cereals toast and some ham eggs (slightly rubbery) and cheese thing. Juices teas and coffee. There is a Ruby Tuesday next door if looking for main meals and an IHOP just round the corner. Marvellous shopping centre just across the road. Because the hotels are like on an large estate you could easily mistake this for a warehouse. Fantastic bargains are to be had here. Hotel does not mention this. Transport into New York - use hotel shuttle back to airport, jump on air train to station and then either get NJTransit into New York Penn (cost $13 each way per person, or get to Newark Penn ($17 return) and subway ($2.75 each way cannot buy return) to Downtown

I enjoyed staying at this hotel for a night before leaving from the airport early the next morning. Enjoyed being close to shopping and the concierge recommended a Great Close Restaurant! The front desk was helpful and although I missed Breakfast it is good to know it was provided if I didn't need to leave at 5:30 AM

Hotel is under construction. Very sketchy place to stay. Lots of folks hanging out by the front desk. Facilities weren't clean

I chose this hotel because of its central location off of I95 and with easy access to Newark airport & NYC. When my son and I arrived there was convenient parking, the front desk staff was friendly, and the hotel was very nice. We absolutely LOVED our room! It was complete with a living room, office area, small refrigerator & microwave, nice bathroom, and a beautiful & large bedroom with a view of the NYC skyline in the distance. my son and I also took full advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub which stays open until 11pm! Then in the morning we had a complimentary breakfast downstairs in their cafe area. Later in the afternoon we hit the IHOP that is literally out back of the hotel. That was an extra added bonus. When considering accessibility, proximity to key locations, friendly staff, clean facility, nice hotel room, amenities, and most importantly affordability, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone making a trip to this area.

Fuimos mal recibidas, no existe personal bilingüe, etc. Si fuera por el ingeniero de mantenimiento, todo hubiera sido más caótico, nos vendió la recepcionista un tour que incluía todo los transporte y fue mentira, asumíamos costos extra tanto en el tour como en el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel

We had to wait for over 30 min for shuttle from airport since the first one filled up. The hotel is next to 4 other hotels 2 restaurants and the jersey garden mall. Breakfast room fills up and cramped. Best to get there early. Room was nice for the price but with clearly three stars appointments. Staff was very nice especially Courtney at front desk. Has workout room and indoor pool. Recommend ed

Its close to Newark airport, and there's a Ruby Tuesday next door for food. The staff was courteous and efficient, the room was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had extensive choices. Elevators don't work all the time.

The staff was very helpful and nice. I was traveling alone with my two small children and they made our check in and check out process very quick. Provided menus for places that deliver to the room because the kids weren't feeling up to going to the restaurant downstairs. They were helpful when our flight was cancelled and we had to extend our stay. Great location near the airport!

Walking distance to the huge outlet mall. We came for college tours with family. Had no issues. Breakfast is good. Beds were good. Front desk gave us every possible option to get into ny! It was our first time so had no clue how to use the path or the metro! Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is quite good for a layover stay. Room and facilities are fine. The waiting for the shuttle bus was long, but calling the hotel solved the problem. Generally Recommended.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites as well as Springhill Suites. I have to say that after staying at those two this was a disappointment. The hotel is very dated: i.e. the toilette made a very weird noise every time you flushed it, the light fixtures were not stationary, the refrigerator was lopsided, the tv was in front of the mirror (what's the point of having a mirror you can hardly use?). I would never stay here again.

Last minute need for flying to a funeral..we have stayed here before...very convenient and comfortable...price is good for the area

It was nice and comfortable stay.I enjoyed the breakfast and room is just clean enough for any guest to stay.

Very nice but we were just one night ,for one day is fine ,staff and hotel....... I recommend you the hotel

The check in was fast. Price was great! Room was cleaned and smelled good. The only problem we had was with the toilet but the Staff was helpful. They tried to fix the problem. But they gave us a different room so it wasn't a problem. The pool was great and clean. We had a wonderful time

Great location near airport. Comfortable, convenient.

Was recently in town for sn event at the Prudential center & was very pleased with my stay! The value for what you get is what will make me choose this hotel again. The staff was very friendly & ready to help. I was very surprised by the quality of the complimentary breakfast as well.Only downside for me was that the location is a little far from the Prudential Center & a taxi to & from was crazy expensive, but lessen learned!

As we stay here often, the updates they have recently made to the rooms are very nice...the staff is always great and helpful and go out of their way. The only thing I would like to mention is the recent change in charging for parking. As a guest I would expect to have free parking (as it has always been) and since the location is not really close to accessible public transportation, it does not make sense not to have a car to drive to other parts of NJ and NY/LI/Staten Island.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect. The concierge was very helpful with local ideas as well as things to do in Nyc. We were also grateful for the coupon book for the Jersey Gardens Mall! Overall nice family hotel.

Great Hotel , big rooms , next to the mall, excelllent location.
