It's not bad st all! Don't know why there are such negative reviews. The only negative is that the hallway carpets could have been vacuumed more often but it's hard keeping up with sloppy guests!

It was around 2:00 am when my flight reached and it was almost 3:00am when I reached there . I didn't go to the room until4:00 am that was horrible.

The whole place is old and a bit broken in general. The restaurant food is downright poor. I skipped eating the following morning as there is no complimentary breakfast and I couldn't bring myself to purchase another meal in their restaurant. Also, upon arrival at the airport I found the hotel shuttle immediately, but there was no driver so I had to spend 20 minutes standing out in the heat and humidity waiting for the driver to show up.

First off I could not reach a human to confirm my shuttle ride and had to take an over priced taxi...the hotel was dingy and i, need of more staff and a mAke over. The restaurant was good

Hotel van took over an hr to come pick up , front desk calls didn't go through , hotel carpet was dirty inside the room , felt bedbugs all nite onme, beginning at 9am at least 5 cleaning ladies came into the room even do not disturb sign was on to clean room ...couldn't wait to get out of there , not a pleasant stay at all

Very convenient to EWR - shuttle every 30 minutes. Be aware that you'll need to transfer to the in-airport tram. Business center is free and has printer, scanner and computers. Restaurant is very decent and good general American food with additional Greek specialties. Free Wi-Fi. There is very little around this hotel, but you can take a ride share 10 minutes to the Crab Palace or to local Soul Food restaurants. All this for a very reasonable cost.

Halls were dirty,ceiling tile in bathroom out of place.

Check in took 25 minutes even though I was the next person in line. No towels in the room when I arrived to room. It took the staff 20 minutes to get us towels.

Bed was not so comfy....... I wouldn't stay again though. It was okay just not what I expected

Clean very comfortable polite staff felt like home away from home would be a pleasure to stay there again

Facility shows lack of care. For example, wrong size toilet seat prevented door from closing when seat was down. Some staff less than nice.

It wàs ok. It was convenient..It was a decent price

Should at best be rated 2 Stars. Facility is old & rundown. Room carpet was dirty, shower had mold and reception did not even have time to provide direction to elevator.

The nightmare starts with the shuttle pickup. I called the front desk upon arrival and were told the bus will depart in 5 minutes and should take less than 10 minutes. The bus did not show up until 40 minutes later, after my second call. Upon arrival at the hotel, only one staff at the checkin counter. Although I was third in the line, it took her more than 15 minutes to take my reservation. The room was small, smelly and noisy. The central a/c did not work and a wall attached unit was installed instead. The hot water was lukewarm at best. The bed made noises when you turn over.

White haired lady at front desk was unfriendly. My bathtub was backed up

It would of been nice to have had a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

this place was a dump
