It is not a La Quinta hotel anymore and nothing similar with the chain...They did not want to honor what they advertise such as free airport shuttle (the only reason we chose them...)

The only problem you have to park outside if you come up after 7 PM on the street The breakfast doesn't have a good quality at all sausages are from the freezer eggs are not the greatest one on the kitchen wise our provider at The scale from 1 to 10 I will give them a 2

Convenient location, helpful and courteous staff, clean room but hallway needed vacuuming. Wish breakfast hours started earlier than 6:30. Had family emergency at 3:00 AM and was worried my phone calls would disturb people next door.

Have travelled overall the world. Good ratio quality/price

I was traveling with my pet so needed a hotel with transport to and from JFK. The room was clean enough though the bedding and towels smelled of chlorine bleach. Breakfast was provided; standard fare for a free breakfast. Van drivers are not all that helpful.

Choked toilet took 2 hours to fix. Convenient location and staff tries to keep place going but hotel needs reinvestment.

Small room, old furniture. Noisy frigobar and in outside room.

The hallway didn't smell clean at all and bed sheets had stains on them I was not happy

Dirty ripped carpets thruout hotel. Refrig in room not working reported never attended too. Staff polite. Hotel not worth rate. Place needs to replace dirty ripped carpets and broken areas in halways

We had a late checkout which was helpful as our next flight was not till after 6pm

My experience at this hotel was good. I had a long lay over at JFK. My taxi fare was $20. The room is small but clean, bed was comfortable. I dont have any complaint. Breakfast include waffles, breads, and some sweets. I would stay at this hotel again if I have a long layover.

Parking is behind hotel. I have a large 4 door pickup, and arrived with family early evening. Parking was full and managed to squeeze truck into an area. I was told by staff that I could not leave truck where I had parked and was told to park on street. After some back and forth, staff did ok me to park against railing in the lot. I had to exit my truck from the passanger side so that I could allow other cars to exit. Staff I think is working with what they have, and don't blame them. Carpeting in hotel is in bad need of replacement making it look run down.

Have stayed at La Quintas all over the US and was always pleased. Sadly, THIS one is terrible. In a bad, unsafe part of town, NO restaurants within 30 min, people milling about street and seem to be milling in the lobby - these people did not look like paying guest. More like pimps or drug dealers, frankly. . Parking lot not fenced, back entry to lobby (closest for luggage) is down an incline at a bad dark corner of building. Staff is friendly and pleasant, but lobby carpets filthy, stains all over, poor furniture, bathroom with chipped paint, NO SHOWER DOOR, NO SHELVES. To adjust the temp of shower, one has to stand IN the spray as the tiny bathroom is laid out so poorly that the faucets unreachable except from inside the shower, Room was clean and bed made nicely. ASked for another blanket, and it took an hour to come (11 pm) and was nothing but an old wrinkled, stained bedspread. We were so tired, and with a plane to catch at 6 am, we just gave up and went to bed. Breakfast: juice machine didn't work, stale pastries, weak coffee, no decaf tea, unclean tables and utensils. Never again here. I would not give this place ONE star, let alone the 3.5 listed.

Otel is close to the airport. But it was very noisy.

Very clean would stay again. Very easy to get around.

overall pretty good to sleep for one night waiting for the flight, near the JFK airport, somewhat expensive for the amenities and advantages

room very clean, very nice clean towel. Bed small, bed not comfortable, bed slopped in middle. bed was not pillow top. asked for a wake up call did not get one

It's just what you expect from an airport hotel. Good price, clean room, airport shuttle.

Clean room, free shuttle and free breakfast. Very quick ride to JFK. Good place of you need something fast and easy for the night.
