My recent stay at the Quin hotel was ok. There was nothing spectacular or exciting about this hotel, especially given the price and class. This hotel can use some updating and tweaking in the bathroom. Is the Quin really a five star hotel or are my expectations too high, hmm.

Great stay, easy to find and great location. In walking distance to major shopping district, Central Park and theater district. Concierge was so helpful and courteous. The hotel scent when you walk in the front door is so refreshing - it sets the tone for the hotel and its staff - very uplifting and clean!

This hotel is very centrally located for my business needs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a fair size for NYC. The lobby is nicely decorated, very clean and in PR esteem condition. Very reasonable rates.

The location cannot be better. Walking distance to Central Park and many wonderful restaurants and interesting sightseeing places. Much less chaotic than hotels around time square area. Lobby is great for meeting people. Free morning coffee and tea ( however, you have to be there before 9:20 AM). Staff is super friendly. The terrace suite my colleague had was a great find.

Not so good,I stayed in the hotel on Feb 10,2016-Feb 11,2016.And paid $100 as the deposit when checked in.But the deposit haven’t came back until now.

This Hotel is a very small, luxurious. The location is perfect for enjoying the tour of NYC. Too small space of room and lobby. sometimes feel like very crowded. Noise from the corridor to the room make sleeping inconvinient.

Very disappointed in the Quin. Have stayed at other hotels in this price range and the Quin just doesn't measure up. The room and the bathroom were very small. The shower flooded the bath floor. Tee shirt stickers on the wall from the previous occupant. Lights flickered in the bathroom. Bath door locked on it's own- had to call for help opening it.No overview of the room operations offered by the bellman. We had to figure out how to operate the shades. Bed was unforgettable. Not a good experience.

The staff at the Quin went over and above to help me and my daughter. It was the end of fashion week and the city was so packed and very hard to get a taxi. We had to get to the airport and could not get anyone to pick us up. Their staff went out in the street and found us a taxi. They helped us with all of our luggage. They helped relieve my stress.

new hotel and close to nice shops, good service. valet is helpful and park our cars with care.

I am a business traveler. This was my second time at the Quin. Each time I've had the same feeling--the staff is wonderful, very well trained. The rooms are small and bare bones, not really up to the luxury level that the hotel would otherwise like to pitch itself towards. You can't complain about the location, central and convenient. this last time there was construction noise ta made working in the room during the day difficult

Great location -- close to 5th Ave shopping. Quiet, elegant boutique hotel. Some opening snags (still some construction, gym not yet open) but overall highly recommend. Stayed in Feb 2014.

the hotel is very nicely appointed from a contemporary desig perspective. The rooms are surprisingly small. I am aware that some of the newer, or newly renovated hotels have smaller rooms than the older NYC standard, but even with an up-grade, this room was still small, and the bathroom was also unusually small for this price hotel. Very nice, pleasant, professional and helpful staff.

I STAYED WITH MY WIFE FOR 2 NIGHTS AT THE QUIN. THE HOTEL IS OK AND HAVE A GOOD LOCATION. THE DAY WE WERE CHECKING OUT WE WANTED TO TAKE A SHOWER BEFORE LEAVING TO THE AIRPORT BUT... SUPRISE! NO HOT WATER. WE WERE IN A HURRY SINCE WE HAD A FLIGHT TO CATCH. MY WIFE CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID THESENDING SOMEONE TO CHECK IT. AFTER 20 MINUTES NOBODY CAME SO WE TOOK COLD SHOWER. AT THE MOMENT OF CHECK OUT THE GIRL ASK ME IF EVERITHING WAS OK WITH MY STAY SO I TOLD HER ABOUT THE COLD WATER. SHE SAID APOLOGIZED AND IF IS SOMETHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME, I TOLD HER NOT TO CHARGE ME THE NIGHT SINCE I WAS PAYING A 5 STAR HOTEL. SHE SAID IF I ACCEPT A FREE NIGHT FOR MY NEXT TRIP, I ACCEPTED AND GIVE HER MY ADRESS TO SEND A COUPON. THIS HAPPENDED 2 MONTHS AGO AND I DIDNT RECIVE ANYTHING!! THATS BAD

We did a quick overnight in NYC and the Quinn was perfect. They gave us a very late checkout at no extra charge and were as kind and accommodating in every other arena, as well. It was chic, well appointed, and in the perfect location.

its really good over all the lobby is gorgeous but the room is just too small not really 5 star standard

Great boutique hotel, excellent service. Small rooms, but space well allocated, nice amenities, marble everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay at the Quinn. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. We had a small incident that was handled professionally to our satisfaction. The only downside, which is common in most NYC hotels is that the rooms are small and often overlook a brick wall as was our room, and we kept the shade down most of the time.

LOCATION GREAT , REGULAR HOTEL NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER, THEY PROMISE I WILL RECIVE A COMPLIMENTRY NIGHT BUT HAVENCIVE IT YET

Nice place, nice artwork and aura, comfy rooms and good staff.

We had an enjoyable weekend stay. Professional, attentive staff. Clean, well run hotel 2 blocks from Central Park.
