Paid extra for a room with a view. We got a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the backside of the hotel facade. Very disappointing. Breakfast bar was good - no hot foods, all pre-packaged items. Plumbing issues in our bathroom. Staff was very good. Location can’t be beat.

Half a block from Time Square, the Millennium Premier is a great location to be in the middle of all things New York. Transportation/subway extremely accessible. Close to convenient stores, banks, and Time Square shopping. Good size rooms as well.
1 block from Time Square. Great hotel and convenient hotel, spacious rooms for Time Square area, and very clean/quiet. Customer Service is wonderful. I spoke to a person named "David" and he was extremely helpful. Overall good experience.
Premier isn't what it is built up to be. we booked 5 nights and night 1 we had to stay in a room with black mold because every other room was sold out.. nights 2-5 we stayed in a room that was cool but not cold like we like it.. at check out we were overcharged by more than two hundred dollars but told we would be refunded.. 5 days later, we received our refund but only after 15 calls back to the hotel and 2 to corporate office. our other family members are still fighting for theirs today..
I liked the fact the property was right around the corner from time square that made it very convenient. However the rooms were OK, nothing extravagant as were the picture showing on the website look much nicer. In my opinion it’s more of a plain Jane room. One good thing about the room it was a very large size for the price. They had all marble floors in the bathroom and they did not supply enough towels or washcloths however I constantly had to ask for more just to put down on the floor after you get out of the shower they had no bathmat. Other than that it’s an overall decent room I don’t expect nothing classy

They gave us the complimentary breakfast in a bag . Although it was due to COVID , it would’ve been nice to not pay over $250 for it if they knew the breakfast would be that of an elementary school trip lunch . Also the tv did not work the whole time we were there . We called for assistance and they said they were sending someone , no one ever came . I was so disappointed . I’ve paid less than $250 per night and gotten luxury elsewhere
