The room was huge, much larger than I expected inNew York City. Location was great, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The staff was helpful in every way. Location, what a great location.

Loved the neighborhood, had great restaurants and was convenient to subway. Staff was excellent and professional. The room was spacious and well kept. I will return

Everything was fine except for a few details of my stay. Just the ac of the room never worked in my whole week of staying in the hotel. Good thing the weather wasn’t warm but nevertheless they should make an effort to have it in good running condition. Other than that all was perfect , except for 1 cleaning lady that was a bit rude and was always in a hurry to have the room be serviced .

Very convenient location . Hotel facilities are nice but it still can be improved .overall it was a pleasant stay!!

Very good location for the price. Very pet friendly. Right next to subway and bus stop. Staff was very friendly. We were in a "biggest" 2 bedroom which was huge. Full kitchen not just a microwave and stovetop. It had a full stove, fridge, and dishwasher.

Big room, comfortable bed, great location for doing things around Upper East Side. They swiped a credit card when I checked in to "cover any incidentals". But over the course of the weekend I was unable to find anything available on the property constituting an "incidental". No food, no beverages, no movies; just a big room and good bed.

Nice, large apartment style units that are in need of a refresh. Carpets and sofa are stained. If you want lots of space in all of the rooms except the bathrooms and a great location steps from the 2nd Avenue Q subway line, this is a good choice. If you expect recently updated units, you will be disappointed.

Hotel is conveniently located with easy access to public transportation & the highway. Walking distance to good eats. Clean, comfortable & spacious rooms & abundant lighting w/ large glass windows with good city views.Has great amenities like fully furnished kitchen ( makes you feel as being at home). Staff are helpful &very friendly! Check-in & out is very quick & efficient! Very satisfied w/ stay & reasonable value for your money!

This was a perfect location for us ,visiting family on the upper east-side. We were in a 2 bedroom apt and had other family members staying in 1 bedroom apts. With a full kitchen, large living room and 2 bathrooms I had no problems hosting brunch for 12. While the appearance is a bit dated and prices are high, you are definitely getting so much more than a hotel room and that's what we needed.

The suite was large, especially for NYC. But the place really needs an upgrade for the money. You definitely don't want to pay full price. But it was great having a kitchen, bedroom and a fold-out sofa. Place was not as clean as it should be--for example, dishes in dishwasher were not put away but were supposedly clean, and there was a lipstick mark on one of the glasses.

Suite with kitchen has plenty of closets, spacious rooms, great bathroom. Great for business traveler with entertaining or couple on tour.

Location was ok alot of construction going on around there, apt needed an update was on a lower floor so you hear the city moving around you, i have stayed there before worth paying the extra few bucks for upgrade makes a huge difference Staff is very pleasant how ever there internet needs to be worked on for there guest privacy as it is unsecured and who ever is managing it for them can see all you online activity. I would come back if the price is right and would def pay for the bigger room as they call it !!

The location is excellent! Despite the ongoing city construction just below our room, the nights were peaceful! Excellent staff, good laundry, local shopping convenient for staples and liqour!

Hotel is fine, the receptionist was rude and inconsiderate

Everything was satisfying for the money we paid save for the customer service. No answer to my internet inquiry about the parking charges. Had to call a couple of days later. Received incomplete info over the phone (was told $45 - it tuned out 55 for SUV at the check out). No simple etiquette at the front desk. I am asking a question and one clerk starts laughing as though I said something funny. Even my teenage son mentioned how rude that was. Valet parking - had to wait 20 min for my car instead of promised 10.

Could not have been better. A great view and in a location that most of the competing hotels were 500 a night. I got 2 rooms a kitchen and laundry. Services was excellent. We were very happy.

Good afternoon Clayton, Thank you for your recent stay. Our hotel does not have a restaurant or room services, however we require credit card if the phones or any valet laundry services are used. The authorization amount is $50.00 if no incidentals charges occur the amount will be refunded. I do apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
