When we arrived we were greeted with friendly staff and checked in on no time at all. We were in our room in a matter of minutes. Room was clean, nicely decorated and bright. We loved every minute of our stay.

Bar staff were nice, room was small but comfy and fitness center was great. Not pleased that we were charged a destination fee at the end of our trip, but apparently that’s not uncommon with these hotels. Still, it wasn’t disclosed when we checked in.

The rooms could of come equipped with microwave and refrigerator.

The rate for the Lexington was cheaper on Orbitz than on Marriott's site. I'm a Platinum customer. The staff was curt at check in, the bartender was disappointed and slung my watered down drink in front of me at the bar when she realized that I was paying with chit. There were no bottles of water in the room. The heat didn't work, despite 30's at night. I couldn't choose points over breakfast because I booked on Orbitz. Other than that it was a dazzling stay.

I almost don’t want to give this place a good review as I want to keep it a secret. So happy with our stay here. Great location, great staff, great room. No crazy extra daily fees like a lot of other places and you don’t get anything in return. Here you do have a $25 per night fee, but you get a $20 credit towards the bar every day and a $30 laundry credit. Unheard of anywhere let alone NYC. Will definitely be back!

Had a great staycation for my daughter and a mini vacay for me. Visited more places in NYC. Nice to come back to the chill atmosphere and also a comfy room.

Staff were awesome, door man suggested great place for breakfast, front desk people helpful, all around good experience. Rooms quite small, but maybe expected for NY hotel?

I loved this hotel. Had a great lobby atmosphere, friendly staff and comfortable beds!

My first time traveling to New York, wanted to stay somewhere near by Time Square this location was about a mile away which was about a 15-20min walk. I noticed that the staff was not as Informative to me as they were to others whom check-in, was not aware of the water and laundry service provided by facility though I overheard someone mention this to another guest, this location was very crowded throughout the day. The overall design of hotel was very beautiful, Marilyn Monroe was a big inspiration to design and her photos were visible throughout the hotel. My only down fall was how small the rooms were for the cost.

Great location. Active social scene in lobby and lobby bar. All of the extra amenities were thoughtful. Restroom in the room was small, but my room itself was comfortable. Would definitely consider another stay at The Lexington.

Excellent location, great comfort, friendly staff, clean, and fun.

The Lexington is OK—but it is certainly NOT a 4 star hotel. I travel to NYC often for work and both my work colleague and I considered asking if we could transfer to the 3 Star Marriott close to the Lexington (since Marriott owns them both) and we both felt for the money, this wasn’t on par with the experience.

Really nice atmosphere in the hotel. Great service, and well located. The rooms are small but ok, although the bathroom was tiny...

I selected this hotel for a stay with friends and all agreed it was a great choice. The Lexington has a unique, enjoyable style. We always enjoyed returning to relax.

Great stay, location was amazing. Only issue was that the room was a bit stuffy.

We stayed 1 night. At first I thought it was too much money but after all, it was worth. The lounge downstairs was so beautiful and comfy. Happy environment. Loved!

First impression was nice, lobby is small and over crowded with people waiting around. Checking was quick and easy. Staff was nice. Our room was clean but the second and third was not up to our satisfactory, we did not get new clean glasses, some of the trash was not pick up. Location was great, nice restaurants all around us. It was not the worse or the best hotel we had stay in. Overall was nice.

Friendly staff, great location that's within walking distance to Rockefeller Plaza, Times Square, and about 20 min drive to other must see sites.

We stayed for 10 days and it was the best of our last 5 years stays in NYC.

Great location close to everything. Cute hotel, Starbucks inside, and modern style.
