The entire fourth floor smelled of mildew and mold!

Nice syaff but no mirror in actual room is unexceptible. Stacey

Very clean, great staff. Only downfall is multiple loops/turnpike's/toll roads. No convenient stores or anything in any proximity near hotel. Drive to a Walmart 10-15 minutes away to stock mini fridge with snacks/drinks/ECT. Took over an hour to get back. Highway/ Freeway numbers do not match his names. Getting lost will be very easy. Location alone I will never stay again

Fine hotel - clean and the front desk staff was nice. It's isolated, though - 3 hotels in a row in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants or bars to walk to, probably 10 minute drive to get to one. They have a small convenience shop with food, sodas, etc. and plenty of places deliver, but you may want to bring supplies if you're not planning on driving anywhere.

This hotel quite near to airport. It's good for people to catch early flights. The hotel very busy. You can always see many people in the lobby . During the night I was stay in the hotel. I couldn't find the hair dryer. So I have my daughter to go down to ask the staff where to find the hair dryer, because nobody answer the phone at front desk. After a while. My daughter come back and saids, they told me to check the room carefully ,it must be in the bathroom. We'll.. I have checked every corner everywhere in the room.finally we go to bed with wet hair.

Very nice room, highly recommended. Room are spaces, continental breakfast was very good

The check in took a little longer than I expected, but other than that ok experience. Breakfast was good.

This hotel worked great for us. The rooms are clean and quiet, no plane noise despite being located at the edge of Newark Airport. Nice pool for the kids. Free breakfast was surprisingly good with self-serv waffles(?!). The staff was very friendly and cordial. Only a 1/2 hour drive to Manhattan or Brooklyn (with no traffic). The only drawback is that the hotel is VERY difficult to find due to the maze of highways in the area. GPS is practically mandatory! Parking fee was reasonable with in/out privileges.

The only bad thing was the parking. You have to pay $12 plus tax.

This was an overnight stay to attend a Funeral on Tuesday ~ the amenities & staff were excellent. This was a package deal for last minute pricing purposes: I'm from NJ but have relocated to GA. Would recommend to friends & family

The receptionist was very nice and staff was helpful. Rooms are clean. Very decent hotel

Comfortable and clean room, spacious, excellent hot shower. Helpful staff provided us with takeout and delivery menus on request.

Very convenient to the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was delicious!

Enjoyed my short stay, no complaints. Would book again.

We had a great experience staying here while visiting NYC for 4 days. Don't really have any complaints. Everything was clean, breakfast was wonderful a huge buffet with lots of choices. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Not at the airport. $30 cab ride! On hold when I called for directions for 20 minutes.

Really pleased with the front desk staffs here. They went above and beyond to assist

Nice hotel, breakfast ok testing, shuttle from airport every 30 minutes, news paper

This is my second stay at the Springhill Suites and the price was great for all the amenities.

The bed was so cozy, needed the comfort it offered.
