Love the breakfast. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the closest subway station. I paid about 100$ for uber from Newark airport to the hotel( round trip). Room was very clean.

Love the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. Everything was great.

No problem at check in front desk person very help full gave me great location to eat

Everything is very old. Needs to be completely renovated.

This hotel is convenient and in a nice area with cobblestone streets. It's near the water, which is lovely to walk along. Great restaurants and shops near by and it's quiet. The area is fun! The hotel is old and of desperate need of updating. The rooms are expensive and when you get there everything is just a little sad. We stayed for one night and it was fine. I would not stay for longer. Also- they don't have discount parking with the lot across the street, but the other hotel does.

Nice little hotel in the historic Seaport District. Several small restaurants and bars nearby. Uber was $10-13 to Times Square from the hotel. Covered parking less than one block away, validated by the hotel for a discount. Breakfast was not gourmet - the usual 'eggs' and 'sausage' with toast, cereal, and juice, but hey, it's free. The rooms are temperature controlled by individual room AC units which seems to be pushing electrical capacity. We tripped the breaker in our room twice - once by using an iron and again with a blow dryer. The staff was very quick to come up and reset out breaker. We learned to turn off the AC before plugging anything else in. Staff was very nice.

Convenient for us, close to wall street and good value.

Hotel location is great and there are lots of places to check out neat by, most of stuff were walking distance. The only thing was that Hotel was older ones and parking is pretty difficult, however, with hotel coupon you will get a deal in the parking garage. After all it is in NYC Manhattan business district area. For families, not really recommended for holiday stay.

Over the past three years I've stayed at many hotels in New York, and this Best Western was by far the best one yet. The room was clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The staff was friendly and attentive, and best of all the free breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices.

Good location near subways, nice view of Brooklyn bridge. Nice staff. Morning eggs are terrible.

The hotel was very fairly priced and the location was good right near the Seaport. It would be a perfect spot in the warmer months, but we stayed in December. I would definitely stay here again as it was easily accessible to most downtown locations which is where this getaway was focused.

Very nicely appointed rooms, clean, nice staff, great location for that area of Manhattan, Really enjoyable stay! And the breakfast included was a great amenity.

The location is fantastic (walking distance to Battery Park, Wall St., Brooklyn Bridge, World Trade, Pier 17, etc.) and close to MTA. But what I'll remember most is the staff. They're amazing, professional, and friendly. In particular, shoutouts to front desk agent Robert L., who went above and beyond. The breakfast could have been better, but it was "free", so I can't really complain. I'd highly recommend this.

This hotel offers a lot of value for Manhattan. The location is great if you don't mind walking a bit. It is close to many NYC attractions. The staff is very nice and helpful. Parking is discounted.

It is unfortunate to see what Hurricane Sandy did to the seaport and the surrounding area. Once we navigated our way to the hotel, we were greated by Douglas at the front desk. What incredible service Douglas provided! He called our room to make sure everything was to our standard, asked if we needed a wake up call, gave us dinner recommendations, etc. Just wonderful! The view from our terrace room on the sixth floor was breathtaking. My husband and I want to visit this hotel every year to celebrate our anniversary. There is nothing better than sitting on our terrace watching the ships go by and viewing the brooklyn bridge. Great hotel and beautiful views!

The staff was wonderful. It was our first trip to New York and they were extremely helpful. From booking sightseeing tours to dinner suggestions they were full of informaton. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Best Western Staff for your hospitality!

The staff was very helpful and friendly in giving advice in getting around Manhattan and finding the places to eat and giving directions. The ladies who clean the room also were always there to ensure you had what you needed. I paid a price that was comparable to Texas and was pleased with every aspect of my stay at this Best Western. I would highly recommend it to anyone going to Manhattan. If there was any negative it would be the reconstruction in the area after hurricane Sandy. However crews were always considerate and worked hours that brought little if any disturbance.

My stay was excellent, I really enjoyed my self. Look forward to booking another stay at a hotel.

3 elderly sisters who wanted to see the St Patrick's Day Parade. Staff were so helpful and friendly - they went out of their way to help us with directions, places to eat -- EVERYTHING in fact. Breakfast was better than any continental breakfast I ever had i.e. boiled eggs, waffles etc etc. The only negative was that we would have preferred to be closer to the action near Broadway. This is a 10+ and we enjoyed our stay.

Every thing was great....location was great... Staff was graet
