The property is in an excellent spot, close to Times Square, 5th Avenue shopping and Central Park. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel bar and restaurant wasn't open, that was really the only negative.
The hotel has no restaurant nor bar service although the lobby has the facilities and we were not adviced by the hotel or Orbitz.
Good location
We booked and paid for a delux room with king bed. We got a queen bed in a handicap-accessible room. Very disappointed.

The pictures are outdataded as is the hotel. The hotel is old and feel dirty and the rooms are no where near as advertised.
Don't let the pictures fool you. The facility is dirty, the furnishings look like it's from the 70s and the mattress is horrible.
The bed was fine. The room was worn and could use some updating.
