I loved the value of the place. Was perfectly fine for my family. Close to subway, very close to Manhattan. Wpuld stay again.

Really dirty hotel and poor staff

When I booked the room it was a Ramada inn , and I received no notification that it had changed hands. Nor that I had to leave a "cash" deposit .The furniture is falling apart, mold on the bathroom ceiling, i had to take my own garbage out as it sat for a few days., no safe in room. Said it was non smoking, but it reeked of "pot". The outlets were falling in the wall, the heating and cooling was barely working, there were cigarette burns all over the unit. The towels were shredding apart. The only good thing I can say was the view from the room overlooking Manhattan, and it was close to the N and 7 trains.

You get what you pay. Room has signs of wear. Bathroom is OK. Breakfast is not included anymore (Orbitz said breakfast was included) I guess it's because of COVID.

The front desk attendant started off rude but eventually eased up on the attitude and was helpful in letting us select a suitable room.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, it’s nothing like them. I had to pay a lot and it wasn’t even close to worth it. Treat yourself well and choose something different.

It was TERRIBLE! Just terrible the place is dirty when you first walk in, the elevator smelled like piss, the room omg the room was DIRTY DIRTY! The tub was dirty, the toilet was so nasty, THERE WAS A BUG IN THE BATHROOM, and the bed just need to be thrown away! It was something cheaper than the other hotels but TRUST ME ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Not too expensive but it’s a good place to stay. However, isn’t easy to find parking around that area

Property needs to be updated. The hallway floor wasnt vacuumed and during these times with the covid 19. It really wasnt clean enough for guest. Should have better staff to keep covid 19 down

Good location, convenient, Friendly, hard to find street parking

Not clean at all. The pictures they post is not what it looks like in real life. Rooms are INCREDIBLY small. The “free breakfast” is essentially non existent. Felt more like a motel.

This is definitely not a place to bring children. The lobby was extremely dirty and had some odd characters loitering around. It smelled like weed. The room was very dirty. I doubt they change the sheets. Doors were opening and closing all night. It gave the impression it’s not a place people come to to sleep. In general I did not feel safe at all. No parking here either.

The location of the property is a plus but that’s pretty much it. Upon arrival the staff that checked us in required a CASH ONLY deposit which I argued was not listed on the website , she claimed it was and that she would not rent us the room if we did not comply. Furthermore, when we went to our room it was not the type we had selected so we had to return to the check in desk to be switched to what we reserved. Before switching she asked “ did you touch anything in the room?” - I was baffled by the question as we literally put the key in the door walked in and turned back around to the check in. We didn’t even set our belongings down. Upon settling into the NEW room, when I opened the compartment for the fridge , a roach zoomed to the back of the compartment. As I closed the compartment I noticed my fingerprints had left an imprint in all of the dust the fridge was covered in. By then I was irritated and disgusted. The bed was decent but the carpet was filled with red paint stains. In the morning, we headed to the breakfast area before we checked out and again was not impressed. There were several flies buzzing around the entrees and the selection was meager ( eggs , cereal, donuts, bread). I will definitely NOT be returning nor would I recommend this property.

Dirty room. Everything dirty. Worst hotel ever. Pictures of room on Orbitz/Internet are untrue. Carpet got stains like someone got shot there.
