Located in the heart of the West Village, this charming 1 bedroom apartment with 11’ ceilings, southern exposure and a decorative fireplace offers the PERFECT place to call home during your stay in NY. The property has been thoughtfully decorated mixing antiques and new pieces paired with original art works for the perfect rich mixture which results in high style. The leather daybed seamlessly joins the silk covered chair and Durhee rug; a cozy french empire table and chairs from the 1930’s look out onto the tree lined street. The queen size plush top upholstered bed has built in storage. The functional aspects are met with a new queen bed (with headboard charging station), a 55” flat screen TV, ample closet space and a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances- including a dishwasher and microwave. The building is located on quiet, 100% residential street (rare in NYC) in the West Village. The walk-up building (4th floor- NO ELEVATOR), was built in the mid 1800’s.

Located near a huge variety of restaurants and shopping and nightlife- and only minutes to public transportation and popular sites.

All cookware, dishes & linens provided.
