No problem finding a parking spot, easy to find. Breakfast was lousy

I booked the hotel for one night stay in order to be closer to the airport. The neighborhood was very sketchy. I smelt Marijuana the second I came out od the elevator to the room floor. The room had bed bug - the bed had no comforter but just one sheet + blanket, which had cigarette burnt holes on it. The curtain was dirty, and the glasses & coffee machine felt greesy as if it was never washed. The towels were dirty with black stains. There was no cheaper hotel to book but $145 was still too expensive for such living condition. The breakfast was just sad - with bad coffee + bread + disgustihg sausages.

Disgusting dirty and I was apauld. No transport to airport. Don't stay here

Bed bugs, broken down elevator, shower didn’t work

This hotel is right on Jamacia Ave. I took a nice walk checking out all of the stores. This was my second visit although I must say I enjoyed my 1st room more. It was a little nicer and on the second floor. I got a great deal on both of them but the second room had a few things I wasn't happy with. The first thing I noticed a previous guest must have burnt the carpet with the iron they provided and later I found a burn hole in the blanket which was quite large. One thing there that really kinda freaked me out that I didn't notice the first time I was there. I found quite shocking coming from a smaller city in Upstate New York was the RATS IN THE PARKING LOT!! They were attracted to the garbage collected from the hotel. They were so frequent whenever I went to my car they reminded me of the squirrel population in my neighborhood. It took some getting used to not to mention the courage I had to muster whenever I had to get to my car. Other than those few details the stay was fine.

Drapes had holes and were partially hung, sun beems in, they needed to be replaced about 5 years ago, carpet was peeling up, stains on walls and picture frames, it looked like old blood, security lock in room was falling off door. Hallways stunk like dirty armpits and incense! Parking is limited, also limited in neighborhood for overnight. Breakfast was gross, skip it. ( mcdonalds across st, better choice) They do not allow visitors, have signs all over, I've never seen that before, odd dirty smelly place, seemed like a lot of guests lived there... But we didn't get bed bugs, only good thing I can say. And they had wifi... Woopi

Nice Hotel, but the locaction is not the best, far away from New York center

Got it on a really cheap price, overall, it's a nice experience.

Was my first time to New York, not the ideal location to stay if you are going to take many trips into the city. Very close to JFK airport. I had someone there to drive me around everywhere so it wasn't so bad. Everything else about the hotel was great. The staff was great, room was comfortable, and I enjoyed NYC.

room was clean but small more like you would find it in Europe. Local bars and clubs in the direct neighborhood are great to party yet make it very noisy to find some good sleep. Price value great if you just need a roof over your head for a night or two.

Had last minute issue and could not use them.. But customer service was good.

We had very relaxing nights. Bathroom was really clean as well as the bedroom. The elevator was full of marks. It was dirty. I would stay again.

I like this location price is reasonable bit sometimes when I go there things are not always up to par.. Spent 3 days here with a leak in the bathroom

Fine, but location is not the best, it could be some dangerous.

The hotel was very nice. Great staff and very clean rooms. Comfortable and a good breakfast in the morning. Far from Manhattan but a subway stop is only 2 blocks away and goes directly to downtown. Plenty of restaurants nearby and small stores, pharmacies, etc. The only downside is the distance from downtown, the breakfast ended early, and a loud hookah bar next door that played loud music late into the night. To avoid that I would advise a room on the 3rd or higher floor. Overall it is a very nice place. Also easy to get to JFK on the air train from here.

Enjoyable. ..hotel was good. .had a good night's sleep.

Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable for the price. Not the greatest/safest area to stay in, but the hotel itself is fine if you're looking for basic accommodations.

Good for a one night stay if you needed a place to crash. The bed was uncomfortable and they did not provide a comforter. Bed sheets were really thin. The staff were nice. The showers were difficult to work with. Accessible to mass transportation especially if you're flying from JFK and various fast food restaurants.

After I showed my car parking location to front desk staff, he said, I would be okay. However, I got a parking violation ticket the next morning. Though I don't have any proof of what I am saying, I think it is unfair for me to pay the ticket, which is a $115 bill, for the improper suggestion by the hotel!!! I called the front desk a couple times, I am really really disappointed at their poor attitude, which sounds like it is none of their business.

I made a reservation to this hotel online. Paid for my hotel stay. Yet, I was told to pay a $40-$50 dollar DEPOSIT? PLEASE do not go to this hotel. This is the kind of hotel that you check in when all options have been solved.
