nothing i like. It was a sleeping place i guess. dirty, room smelled like smoke. Staff was unfriendly but not rude. bathroom was very dirty as well. room was tight. TV did not work. one of the worse places i have stayed.

Staff is rude...no accommodations..i asked for a extra blanket...never got it...staff told me nomore available for my child...room floor was dusty n dirty furniture..my room had no fridge ...noise level very high...on busy street next to hospital For the price i paid expected more.. Very bad experience

I love the customer service and location, but the bathroom was dirty it looks like the housekeepers ignore the toilet and shower

price n location was good room had a musty smell people were smoking pot in the elevator it stunk n no coffee or breakfast offered

No Parking, no heat in the room, internet service was poor...very poor, front desk very rude......., elevator very slow...had to use stairs to 5th floor.

I was placed in a room in the basement it was really dirty. There was hair on the floor and when I opened the draw there was a Medicine Bottle and more hair in there. The bed had stains etc. very uncomfortable

Was disappointed. That online says breakfast included and getting there ,there was no breakfast. The fridge in the room was not working. I had to wait two days for a fridge which was small and could not hold nothing much. And the elevator is very dirty

Pros- No frills but clean and comfortable. Hot water, comfort bed, clean, good temp control, 5 mins from jfk, mcds Deli and Dunkins on same block. Cons -no fridge, microwave downstairs in lobby, very poor quality analog tv ( but I didn’t care and did not ask anyone to fix). I would def stay here again as airport transfer hotel.

The heater did not work however they did bring a-portable heater. Food was left in the window sill behind the curtain, from the previous guest and the shower did not work nor were we able to take a bath!!!!

A bare necessity hotel. ...........................
