The heater did not work however they did bring a-portable heater. Food was left in the window sill behind the curtain, from the previous guest and the shower did not work nor were we able to take a bath!!!!

A bare necessity hotel. ...........................

Lobby reeked of reefer. Front counter staff couldn’t recommend a local deli. Random hairs in bathroom and under pillows. Convenient to the airport during a snow storm is all this has going for it. Totally disgusting.

Not clean smell bad noise. No parking . Bed not comfortable. No internet

Was ok, no breakfast i couldn't take a proper shower ,

Breakfast was advertised and there was no breakfast provided. No shampoo in bathroom either. A/C took forever to cool down as well. Positives are that it’s close to E train and room was decent as well.

Did not like the bed i did see that they were working on the hotel

I They was renovating but the renovations isn't good I don't have enough cleaning staff That was cheap and so was the blankets were dirty

I didn't like that they make copies of customers ID and credit card at check in. They don't even bother to secure your information once they made the copies. They just file your personal information (copies of credit card and photo ID) at the front desk. No secure locked filing cabinet whatsoever. I called to submit a complaint to the Manager of the Hotel. Apparently they shred the copy of ID and credit card after check out. I don't really buy that! Also, at check out, I request a cab to airport and instead they called a civilian driver who wanted to charge me more than what it would cost to drive 4 miles to JFK. The Hotel is 4 miles away from JFK airport, about a 9 minutes drive. I canceled that ride and booked a LYFT instead. Some renovations going on so expect paint smell in your room.

Website photos are misleading. Hotel is dirty. My first room had an open condom box and plastic bottle in the bathroom garbage can. A side table light did not work. There was black curly hair on the white sheet. My hair is red. I was moved to a new room when I asked. Staff apologized. My flight had been cancelled and it was late so I felt I had to stay in the hotel. I won't stay here again.

The facility is under renovation. The elevator was working part time. They only have 10 parking places so we had to park a block away on the street. One lamp in the room 15 stations on the TV. Not very clean.

The room I checked into was not clean, I was offered a second room that too was dirty worst than the first. Hair on and in sink, dirty mirrors. Hair on bed, small pieces of toilet paper and wrappers on floor in bedroom and bathroom. I was offered a third room it was cleaner, the drapes was veryyyyyy, dirty, torn and broken couldn’t closed tight because to that I have light from outside in my room. Everything in that room was broken, the dresser drawer, the chair, lamps, walls, toilet was dirty and disgusting the staff said that the hotel and that room especially is under construction. This hotel need to closed down. The cleanliness of those rooms is not acceptable, a place can under construction and still look clean if someone takes pride in there job. I have pictures and videos.

Honestly, I have never seen such a horrible hotel in my life. It is extremely dirty and completely unacceptable. I refused to stay there and they would not refund me. I will be following up with the manager.

I only stayed one night and I was told I was staying in a new room It wasn't clean but the floor in the room was very beautiful The room wasn't clean because they were fixing the hotel up which is a good thing and good for business So one day I may return once they are done and hopefully the room will be clean

Air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and the filter for it made the room smell like a fish tank. The place is in bad shape but they are trying to clean it up.. it’s just not there yet.

Hotel is very close to JFK airport and is reasonably ok except for the lack of intercom, iron and board in the room.

No problem finding a parking spot, easy to find. Breakfast was lousy
