Garden Level 1BR apartment for short term stays during the second half of December and all of January, Feb and March- 3 night minimum, can consider nightly discount for longer stays up to one month +! Perfect space to enjoy the holidays if traveling to NYC or coming for work and in need of a fully furnished space with all the comforts and amenities of home with Brooklyn charm! Comes with pull out sofa - could accommodate 3-4 people + infant pack and play/crib if needed.
About the space - 700 SF, 1 BR/1Bath, wifi, laundry, Smart TV, backyard access, Heat/AC, located 4 minutes from the A/C subway. Modernly furnished with towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, etc. Bedroom has King sized bed. Moments from the apartment are great restaurants and bars including Dick and Jane Tap Room, Chez Ozkar, Mama Fox, Trad Room, and many coffee shops + grocery stores - all walking distance.
About us - We are a quiet couple in our late 30's who reside in the upstairs duplex. We are here if you have any questions but will give you your space and not bother you unless requested! We've lived in NYC for 20 years and can give you any recommendations on what to do, where to eat, transport, etc.
Street Parking is easily and readily available. Dogs considered on case by case basis. If your dates are not showing as avail, pls email me and I can likely find a solution - we re holding back some dates for family/friends in town.
