Unbelievable but so true. My room was switched 5 times. First I went to the lobby to inform the front desk my room as c was not working and there was no hot water. The clerk victor came to the room checked out the problem and said he would change my room. We walk to the lobby he gives me a new rokm key, I go to the room same issue. I go back to the lobby he changes my room again for the 3rd time. When I go the room and turn the ac on the machine starts smoking up the entire room. I go back down to the front desk to inform the clerk, he goes with me to the room to check the problem and by then the room is full of smoke. He then goes back to the front desk, gives me another room key for the 4th time, then I go to the room and once the again the ac was not working. I once again went to the front desk, he changed my room for the 5th time and finally after all the back and forth I got a room that was functional. I asked to speak to with a manager, I was told there was no manager available until tomorrow morning, meanwhile this happened early afternoon. Besides all this, Orbitz has this hotel listed as breakfast included and parking available. I was told the next morning that breakfast was not available due to covid. Also I had to park in the stree, the clerk said I could not park my pickup truck in the parking lot because it was to big. Terrible experience!!!
