Upon check in associate became agitated when I asked why he needed to make a photocopy of my I.D. And imprint of my credit card. He stated it was company policy and when I asked to see the policy he pointed to a typed paper on the counter which stated no such thing. When I asked him why he cited a paper that did not have the information he told me if I didn’t like it I could call the cops or leave. Then in better judgment he told me I could have the copies upon check out. The first room the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking into the sink where there was a towel catching the water (totally yellow in color). I was moved to another room which had dirty sheets on both beds. I had to request new sheets in which only one set was clean enough to sleep on. Upon check out when I tried to get the copies of my I.D. And Credit Card I was refused. I asked to speak to the manager and the man informed me he was the manager and upon persistence on my part he finally called the associate who told him he did in fact tell me that I could have my documents back. He only gave me my copy of identification back.

Good location close to Jamaica station. Fair price for the location.

I’ve never payed to stay in a hotel with such detrimental condition. The room was dirty, the hotel was dirty. The staff wore T-shirts at the concierge, while the other one slept. Asked for toiletries in the AM and was asked by the front desk to come downstairs and get them myself. Overall horrible stay.

Hotel was not fully clean and had a special smell at the lobby and rooms. Additional I was booked for Howard Johnson and they moved me to Wyndham

We arrived at the hotel and they give as the room in the basement I told the staff if there is a room upstairs and he said no sold out I said ok we when to our room and is suppose to be non smoking but is smelling cigarette the sheets of the bed was dirty with blood and stains of urinal horrible the towel with hairs I when back to the lobby and explain what happens show him the picture that my husband took the staffs said that he going to give as another room in the 2 nd floor I was surprised because he mentioned that was sold out my husband when to the second floors to check the room but he returned because the hall smelled marijuana terrible experience in this hotel we ask for our refund and he said that we need to talk to orbitz My husband called orbitz the lady said that she needs to speak to the hotel she did but the staff of the hotel denied everything what happened but the orbitz lady was so nice that she refund some of the money and give us credit for next time booking hotel I would not recommend this horrible hotel bad experience

Awful experience. Staff was not the greatest not polite. Room was not as we viewed online and smelled really awful. There is no parking so often times had to drive around streets just to find somewhere to park.

We booked at Howard Johnson and were told to go down the street to check in to a completely different hotel. The staff was very rude and even stated, “you can complain to whoever you want to, nothing will be done.” I will never stay here again a and definitely won’t recommend to a friend.

Excellent location close to JFK Airtrain for airport access and also E subway for going to Manhattan.

I don´t know if the people that stay in the rooms are used to skip bath. However, the AC smells pretty bad. For the price I paid for 1 night, I think the rooms should be considerably cleaner and without a bad odor.

Really good for an overnight after a flight into JFK. It is pretty clean and comfortable

Basement unit evidence of cigarette smoke. Bedsheets had someone else's remnants of hair in them.

Clean place and nice staff just need a better parking area
