The website is deceiving with its pictures. The hotel and its rooms are much smaller than what was portrayed. The location was convenient.

It was a great location, very close to Times Square but not so close it’s loud or extremely bright. The room was cleaned daily. There was no issue with check in and the pictures online are the same as the room.

Cute boutique hotel with everything you need on a side street in the middle of the city. It is an oasis, remarkable calm in the middle of hubbub. The rooms are nicely decorated and the rooms are well designed to get light but they are on the smaller side. Noise in the hallway can travel. Staff are helpful and warm. I would definitely return.

We stayed 1 night in their preferred room. The room was very small but suitable for us. Not much room to walk around in, something to be mindful of if you’re staying longer. Less than a block from heart of Times Square. Exceptional customer service and staff were friendly! (Thanks Luidin) If I had to be picky, I’d say the air unit being so close to the bed was a bit uncomfortable at night and the room was very dusty. Overall we’d book here again but choose a bigger room.

The location was fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the king bed room we stayed in. It was morr than enough space for 2 people. The Hotel Mela was a nice surprise in the craziness of the city.

Clean, great location and excellent customer service. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant!

Nice. Just as described. Great location and perfect for a getaway.

The location and staff are great. Just would of liked an ice bucket.

Perfect location, great amenities at this price point, very clean, friendly helpful staff.

Centrally located, convenient and pretty well run.

There is still a lot of processing fee when checking out.

Did not like i had to pay for internet $103 .$33 a day.

This a three stars hotel in the most, the location is great but there are some hidden fees that you should be careful with. They charged us $137 for resort fee which was for an apple and a cup of coffee in the lobby. Also it took them 3 hours to give our room since it wasn’t ready when we got there.

Pay for WIFI? I got charged an extra $30 for absolutely no reason. Such a dingy hotel room with the floors not even and bumpy. Apart from the staff the rest is shit. I should have stayed at Hilton.

My family loved the location of the Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very close to everything seconds from time square and shopping

Pics online are deceiving than reality. Basically, you have a bed to sleep in while you're there, no frills; rooms are tiny
