Had a convenient stay for 1 night, nice staff, everything clean, no hassle. Only negatives were the shower curtain - too short (how does that happen?), and the continental breakfast was a bit weak. Otherwise, totally fine, would stay again.

We got a room with a view on the 19th floor. It was great. the breakfast is exactly what you expect from a Hampton inn. We would stay here again

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. And by New York standards, there was plenty of room. I will stay there every time we go into NYC now.

Not my preferred hotel, this was my first stay, staff was friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable, location is great for business or vacation.

Hampton Inn on 35th St was just right for our trip to NY for the US Open. Comfortable, close to subway, very helpful staff, very convenient to everything in Manhattan for the day that we only had night session tickets. We will stay there again.

I just stayed overnight. It was great value, great location, easily accessible to everything you want snd need, food, shopping, transit.

Perfect stay and perfect location. Subway right on the corner. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch

This was a wonderful hotel base for our family's trip to New York! We were traveling with grandma and our young children, so location and amenities were key features that put this hotel at the top of our list. The continental breakfast offerred the perfect start for our family each morning. It was great, and the staff was wonderful as well! I accidentally lost my cell phone on our last day, and they kindly found it and mailed it back to me right away. I'd happily book here again.

This was a last minute hotel booking but I'm glad I picked this hotel! The location was great - across the street from a subway station with multiple options and a 10 minute walk from Times Square. The room was an ok size, but since it was just me and I wasn't spending much time in the room, it was fine. The complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was perfect. I suggest getting there early as it gets crowded quickly and food tends to run out. Although they refill some of the food, it does take a a bit of time before they do. The staff does the best they can and they were very helpful throughout my stay. I'd stay here again and would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay!! The morning breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, the room was nicely appointed, and the location was perfect.

The room was very small, stains in the toilet which kind of freaked me out. Found another stain on the bed when getting in, just ended up pulling the sheet off and sleeping without it. Location was great though, three blocks to Madison Square Garden and went to a great rooftop bar next door called Monarch, I was also very pleased to see that they had an arrangement with a nearby parking garage about a block away.

It was a good location and value. Easy to access and staff was accommodating.

This hotel is great location! Nearby subway station

Really high standard Good free WiFi Very good location I paid a low price with a late reservation. No remarkable defects

My family & I had a fantastic visit to New York City and part of the reason was the convenience of the hotel and the excellent staff that was always friendly and willing to help.

I think this hotel is real value for money in the heart of Manhattan Small rooms, but in the range of NYC sizes. Friendly personnel, straetgi location and good breakfast (included in the room rate) I will certainly consider it again next time...

decent hotel, close to subway, just around the corner

Needed a hotel in NYC at last minute. On a Friday night I scored a great deal online on a very busy weekend ($125) - big east tourney - st patty's weekend. We arrived around 11pm to a very comfortable king size bed. Room was decent size for NYC. Bathroom was great. Shower and tub were very clean. Fitness center in hotel. Free Internet with two computers in the lobby. Free continental breakfast too. Many hotels in NYC do not offer free breakfast and Internet. This was a pleasant surprise that we made use of. I'll be back to NYC next March and I hope to stay here again.

It was right in the center of everything. Perfect location and right near Empire State. Parking lot is on the next block.
