I will recommend thhis hotel if ask and I don't know what alse

The hotel was very clean and modern. I am always leary of staying in hotels I am unfamiliar with but this was a totally amazing surprise. Easy to get to, parking was accessible and public transportation was close by. Will definitely be returning.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was a sweet bonus.

Clean and the accommodations suited my needs for a one night stay. Didn't get the wake up call I requested. Couldn't get breakfast because the dining room was so small and crammed each of the 3 times I tried. But when I arrived, very late at night due to weather delays, and asked about food, the staff offered bagels and muffins.

We stayed for three nights and had a really good time at Hampton inn! The hotel is located right next to the Brooklyn bridge and you can reach everything in downtown by walking. Also the subway is not far. The hotel itself was really good, a nice breakfast buffet and friendly, helpful staff.

Relaxed stay very frendly people cool breakfast Charming bed

We came for a business trip and had to find a hotel for one night. This is within sight of the Brooklyn Bridge. It is small with only 65 rooms, the staff is very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast next morning was adequate. We would come back.

We stayed for one night in mid-January 2015. The location is good, only a 15 minute walk to Chinatown and 7 minutes to the 4/5/6 trains at Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. The free breakfast was nice, and the dining area was cozy...easy to strike up a conversation with fellow travelers. Breakfast on offer was muffins, bagels, waffle station, yogurt, sausage and eggs. Was not pleased to see that the whole building was covered in scaffolding, which made the room quite dark. Our 8th floor room actually had a lovely terrace but with the scaffolding all over (and the construction zone next door) and it being January, we didn't use it...might be nice for smokers though. The heat seems to come through the a/c unit and it was quite loud as it was next to the bed and would periodically rev up in the middle of the night. Overall, good value for the money.

Our hotel was in a great location, clean, great breakfast and the staff were all awesome. My ONLY small recommendation would be a fan for the workout room!! YES - I will recommend this hotel to anyone that I know is planning a trip to NYC!!

Location was great -- right at the seaport at the Brrooklyn bridge. Easy to walk into the Financial District. Hotel itself is strangely laid out, as most New York hotels are -- and we were unfortunate enough to get a room in the basement level right next to the storage closet, so we heard the cleaning staff all night in and out of there. Overall though, room was clean and spacious enough, bathroom was solid, water was hot, climate control worked -- so all the basics were covered. I'd stay again if it were the best option.

Great staff great location nice hotel however doing some updates and out window was blocked by plywood

Our Hampton Inn on Pearl Street in the Financial District was a perfect location to walk to the Brooklyn Bridge, World Trade Memorial and the South Street Seaport. We walked to Chinatown for dinner and had a walk easy walk to the subway lines to go to the theatre district for a show. They helped us get a van for the airport and their service was great. Highly recommend.

This was my first time to New York and I cannot compare this hotel to any other hotels in NY, but I definitely enjoyed my stay in it. The price was great for the location. I also had a breakfast included in the price. However, what I loved the most about the hotel was the location. I planned to visit the Brooklyn bridge after my long day uptown and I believe that there is no other hotel that is closer to the Brooklyn bridge so i LOVED this. It was very convenient to go and take a walk on the bridge and see Manhattan in the night and then go back to the hotel which is 1 minute away from the bridge. The room was big enough and clean. The check in was very fast which I found great because I have stayed at some hotels that took 30 minutes or more for the staff to accommodate me into a room. I loved my experience in this hotel and I definitely recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for a night during the Memorial Day weekend. Our room was clean, cosy but a tad small compared to Manhattan standards. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was well equipped. Morning complimentary breakfast included assortment of bread, cakes, fruits, cornflakes, oatmeal, waffle, omlette, sausage, juices, coffee, tea. My only qualm was the noisiness. Our room was close to the lobby area and anybody speaking or making noises in the lobby would invariably wake us up in the room, which was quite frustrating. The staff were friendly and very helpful though.

I had a nice stay working from NY last week. This hotel was a short, lovely walk from my office in the Financial District. Great continental breakfast, perfectly spacious and reasonable accommodations and amenities, and friendly and helpful staff. A bit noisy due to construction next door, but only during the day. I would have liked a safe, a robe, and a mini fridge/cooler, but c'est la vie.

Very well located, good breackfast, but, parking is a big issue

Hotel was accommodating and a good breakfast. Not to mention the unlimited hot chocolate.

friendly staff , clean and great convenient location

This hotel has so much potential the staff was great and friendly, there is food available for snacks for free. The only issues I had was the construction that was going on literally right next to our window which kept us up early in the morning and also the standup shower needs a better way for the water to drain because the water just piled up as a pool.

Staff was very nice an accommodating. Not much going on at the South Street Seaport since they closed it for major renovations, so it may not be where you want to be. Room was very small, lighting throughout hotel is dingy and dim and the sole elevator that serves all 6 floors is a creaky, slow, shaky service elevator. Breakfast room is often overcrowded and tight, with people eating in the reception area instead. The run out of food items if you don't get there fairly early. We thought it was very expensive for what you got for your money.
