Comfortable, clean room and extremely helpful, friendly staff

We arrived earlier then expected and the lady that was working the desk was not helpful at all. There was a hotel attached and I had to ask her to call them to see if they had anything we could get for the night until we could check in for our reservation. Also she didn't even offer up any information about what was nearby that we could try. Very Frustrating. Thankfully when we did come back later that day to check in to our reservation we were treated wonderfully by the staff. The rest of the stay was nice

Service was really good, starting with very timely free shuttle pick up at the airport despite our flight late arrival. Check-in was fast and efficient. Overall service and available amenitites was higher than expected for an "airport hotel".

Needed a hotel near JFK. Staff went out of their way to take care of my stay. Connected to the Hilton, so you get the amenities of 2 hotels for the price of one.

The free breakfast was good - I had standard scrambled eggs and turkey bacon and the shuttle was quick and easy to the airport. Would stay here again for early flights out of JFK,

I had stayed there before and my previous stay was pleasant, so I came back. I wasn't wrong. It was a nice stay, good breakfast variety and good amenities. I will definitely come back again.

This was by far the greatest stay at a hotel that I can recall. The staff was awesome, her name was America and so were the drivers. These guys were amazing and always looked out for me during my stay. The beds were so comfy and lots of fresh linen...and the BREAKFAST was AMAZING! I mean absolutely amazing, fresh and good. When I return to New York this Summer this is where I'll stay.

We have stayed at this hotel for several years. We leave every jean from JFK and it is a very convenient location. They recently instituted a parking fee that we were not told about. The hotel seemed dirtier than usual. We were also given a key to an occupied room. We won't be staying here again.

The hotel is attached to the Hilton, which is where we were dropped off by our taxi one has to walk through the Hilton to get to the Hampton Inn. Breakfast was American styrofoam standard, with TV blaring, but hardboiled eggs were located, hidden behind the plastic utensils. Convenient, clean, and the Hilton restaurant was great.

Very convenient to JFK airport and great to have shuttle both ways. Excellent breakfast.

It is a pleasure to be with hampton inn JFK for one night. the shuttle to JKF helped us a lot to catch the fright to hong kong.

Comfortable and accessible to public transportation. Complimentary breakfast is great too but they need to add more selection.

We needed a comfortable hotel with breakfast after arriving on a long flight from France. The Hampton Hotel at JFK fit the bill beautifully. We were so happy to see our clean room with plush beds. The breakfast the next morning was ample and satisfying. The hotel shuttle promptly delivered me back to JFK and my daughter took the subway to work in Manhattan. All the staff were very helpful. We would stay here again.

This hotel worked well for us. We were in Manhattan for the weekend & had an early flight at JFK on Monday morning. The hotel/JFK shuttle runs every 30 min in the morning. It left on time & we were at our terminal 15 min later. The room was comfortable, clean & well appointed compared with other 3-star places. We took a taxi from Manhattan at 11 pm (I asked for the JFK flat fare = 52.50 + tip) , so we had a full day in Manhattan without having to pay for a Manhattan hotel on Sunday night. We got to sleep later on Monday morning (compared with traveling from Manhattan to JFK that morning) & we saved a lot on the cost of the hotel Sunday night.

I cannot say enough about how great the staff is! I called the hotel shortly after arriving @ JFK to request the shuttle pick me up. I was greeting by a very pleasent sounding young lady who let me know the shuttle would arrive in about 10 mins; which it did. Once I reached the hotel both of the ladies at the front desk were all smiles & very nice to deal with. They engaged in conversation with me & went above & beyond to explain the area, close restaurants & even supplied me with several take out menus as well. The check in process took only a few mins to complete. The room itself was very clean & larger than expected. The king size bed was comfortable & the flat screen TV was a bonus! The bathroom was well stocked with towels, bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion & bars of soap. Along w/a coffee maker. Check out was just as great. All the staff I came across while there were very nice. And the free shuttle from/to JFK is a huge bonus! The area itself didn't have a lot to offer but for anyone wanting to shop or sightsee the hotel has no probelm calling a cab for you. Would definitley stay here again!

I had stayed there before and my previous stay was pleasant, so I came back. I wasn't wrong. It was a nice stay, good breakfast variety and good amenities. I will definitely come back again.
