Convenient for 1 night if you have a layover at JFK. Wouldn't stay for longer than that or for any other reason than that.

If you're stuck at Kennedy for a layover this may not be a bad place to crash. I major complaint is that the hotel staff was out in the hallway sounded like they're having a party and I was trying to sleep in . They were literally singing songs and dancing in the hall. Tough place for flight crews to get crew rest in that atmosphere

Traveling alone as a single woman it was a tad unnerving to notice that every guest that I encountered was a casually dressed man. The lock on my door was not exactly functioning. I told myself that they could be traveling so that I could get a good night's sleep but in the morning I overheard conversations and most of them were going to work locally The staff however was lovely. Polite and professional.

Can be a little cheaper but the hotel overall is good.

Fist, let me say that the woman who checked us in (I believe it was around midnight) was very nice and professional, so thank you for that. Aside from that, most everything else was sub-par, even for a discount hotel one uses simply to stay in during a long overnight layover at JFK. The bedside tables flashed like disco lights when you turned them off, so you had to unplug them (which have plugs on them for phone charges, which of course no longer worked). There were CONSTANT car alarms going off in the middle of the night, super relaxing. In the morning, we asked the front desk we tried asking about the airport shuttle, and were simply mumbled at (in our general direction) no, the van outside isn't a shuttle for you. So no, I wouldn't really recommend this place.

Clean rooms, good environment, great staff, free shuttle to airport every 30mins, free breakfast and view of the city

Staff very friendly. Nice rooms. Clean and well maintained.

Building looks nice on the outside but rooms are very small.

There is no shuttle service in the airport. Bad breadfast.

Seems to be a hotel with a lot of long term tenants. People sleeping in their cars in parking lot. Hotel shuttle to JFK is unreliable. I paid for my own shuttle after 2 calls and waiting over half an hour when hotel is 2.5 miles from pick up point at Federal Circle.

Spent night after all night flight from Europe. Quiet and convenient to airport.

Was a clean, comfortable room, near the airport. Was exactly what I needed.

Loved my room location. I loved my customer service

It's a summer night. The AC adjusting meter in our room has problem and the room temperature is 82F. The hotel staff gives us choice of changing to another room, but, turned out, that room's AC meter is broken too, 82F as well. Our room is on the 3rd floor and the hotel uses a big high velocity floor fan for hallway ventilation, which makes big noise and bothers our sleep. Our room has some odd, uncomfortable smell.

Good location, close to the parkway, friendly staff , we asked for king bed but got dbl beds but still was great.

Close by , very discreet and nice room to catch some sleep

Rooms were cramped and they tried to not give us the designated room we were assigned to. I would not recommend this hotel, did not feel safe.

Only used the hotel to change and sleep. Would use again for sure

book a two bed room, and get a one bed room, after communicate with front desk, the very nice gentlemen give me a free room. But to the hotel, change the room without notice, i am very disappointed

The service was kinda bad. The heater// AC does not work for us when we were there.
