We like this hotel because of it's convenience for us. Have stayed several times. Our party had four rooms! Ours was very tiny, no fridge, and the toilet kept running. Disappointed with our stay this time.......

My daughter was sick and the manager want us to clean the floor his employee was sleeping in the lobby.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Clean and accessible to Williamsburg area by short ride. Very good for the price. We will stay again.

Overall the hotel is good. If they had more parking I would give it a higher score. However, street parking is easy to find. The bed was really comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in.

Nice hotel, more pricey than I would normally spend, but it was New York! Easy enough to get shuttled to the subway station and get into Manhattan.

Overall the hotel is okay, the only big problem was the air condition blower - it was very noisy in spite of adjusting it to the lowest. We booked two rooms and Rm 601 was really bad that at the middle of the night the noise felt like a roar of a truck from outside - this room is facing the main road - so you can just imagine. It was not a restful sleep.

hotel was nice parking was only free on the street which was difficult to get a spot on otherwise it was an addition 25.00 a night to park in the lot.. Wi-Fi was slow.. shuttle to the train station was nice

OK HAD TO WAIT WHEN CHECKING IN.. LONG LINES ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING AT FRONT DESK

The room was very clean. the view of nyc was very nice

Need to serve free breakfast with the room would be an added amenity.

The hotel was just as described on website. I would consider coming back to this hotel maybe sometime in the future with my many trips back and forth to New York.

Good location, easy to drive to and from Manhattan. The neighborhood is a little run down but otherwise seem to be safe. Price wise it is as any other hotel in the area, a bit of a rip off, but hey that's New York, New York!

Good for what we needed for the night. Close to where we had work. Friendly staff.

I had an amazing weekend with my girlfriend at this hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was really good a lot options to choose from the only thing is the location since is in the industrial area of Long Island city it will take you a few minutes to get there from the train station but the rest was very good thums up for this hotel.

I took my 8 year old son to NYC to see the sights. The Fairfield was pretty close to the 7 line into Manhattan and only 7 stops from Time Square. I walked to the subway a couple times (only about 10 minutes), but the hotel offered a free shuttle which was very convenient and reliable. The rooms were bigger than what I’d get in Manhattan, and cheaper. The hotel was clean and the staff was both friendly and helpful. There isn’t much for restaurants or entertainment right around the hotel, but we spent all of our awake-time going from sight to sight in the city so that really didn’t matter to us. Next time I go to NYC I’ll use them again. It was both a budget saver, and a nice place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and hotel staff was wonderful. I would stay there again

very nice clean place with a very good complimentary breakfast

I had an awesome time at this hotel; especially that they allows me to check in 10 am early morning when I got there, it felt like staying another day there. Breakfast unlimited with many varieties, the best and bedding sets were neat and clean and soft, it was very clean and convenient. 2 Double bed can house 4 people- very good hotel just cost 99 bucks per night!!

Free shuttle service was awesome. It saved us a lot of time getting around Manhattan. The staff were all friendly, and it was a great atmosphere overall! Very comfortable stay for me.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, check in was super easy as well as check out. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again. The size of the rooms were very big and comfortable.
