Good site, reasonable price, quiet room, free WIFI

For what they offer to expensive and top of that you have to pay for parking your car

Enter the hotel at 2 am with too mny people in the lobby. Starbucks guy made the worst mocha. Were given a smaller room when i could have easily booked bigger room at springhill suites with two beds and sofa. Breakfast was not inclusive springhill suites has breakfast which was fantastic. At the tome of checkout not even a thankyou for staying with us nothing. Springhill suites had great staff greeted so well.

Overall stay was excellent. The only issue I had was the door lock. Is was difficult to lock and unlock. Security is very important to me. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

First and foremost the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. The food was exceptional and the Bistro clean (one of the best hamburgers I've had in a long time-anywhere!!) My wife and I were impressed how genuine and helpful every member of the staff treated, not only us, but everyone we observed. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

There was a substantial amount of repair/remodeling work being done that included the kitchen being closed which was not disclosed prior to my making my reservation. No discount for any inconvenience was offered.

Interesting hotel. I liked it. No complaints. Up to date, but tired at the same time. Nice amenities, tv, internet, etc.

The lobby was nice but that's abut as far as it goes. The rooms are average, and the food expensive.

Great location and price! Conveniently located near the airport and major highways. Clean room and nice facilities.

I was looking for an affordable hotel with a free shuttle to the airport, a hottub and pool, and a king size bed. This hotel had that for a decent price. Nothing was extravagantly amazing, but it fit our needs. My only complaints- the hottub was closed one night AND the Bistro was very expensive for food. But overall it was a nice stay.

We had such a good time. The children played in the pool while I relaxed in the whirlpool. We were close to the largest outlet mall in NJ so we shopped, ate, and watched a movie! Great location because we were close to everything.

We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. It was peaceful, except for the day of check out when the cleaning staff knocked on the door very early and proceeded to enter the room to clean, twice that morning. Other than that it was such a lovely time with the family. We enjoyed the pool and whirl pool! I appreciate the up grade to the lobby and added features. The location is great we were able to visit the mall and toy store. We could have gone to the movies but my little ones wanted to get back to the pool. We will definitely visit again!

We just stayed there one night before our flight from EWR and it was great. Comfortable room, wireless, Starbucks in the lobby, shuttle service to the airport. Can't find anything to complain about.

Good and clean hotel. Very supportive staff! The A.C. in our room was leaking, so the wet carpet caused some damages on our belongings. But the hotel manager disayed great support in getting the issue quickly and effectly sorted out (we got a compensation from our travel agent)! And beyond that even offered free breakfast to me & my family (5 people!). Thank you so much! Only the road access is VERY difficult to find. Please Courtyard put on your website how to get there (using exit "Frontage Road!") HT

VERY difficult to navigate to and poorly marked route to the entrance however, once we got there (finally after 6 attempts!) it was convenient to get to the activities we were in Newark to see (Field Station: Dinosaurs, Bronx Zoo, NY Aquarium). The property was very well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Bistro (operated in conjunction with Starbuck)s was VERY expensive. When booking consider including meals (at least for the kids breakfast). The pool was refreshing after a long day out site-seeing.

The hotel is convenient to the airport, serves food and drink until 10pm. The food is basic but was appreciated with my late arrival without dinner.

difficult to find the hotel even with GPS. a little disapointed with the hotel envionment.

difficult to find the hotel. It took us three rounds to get to it.

Unable to use the address or the actual location to place in a GPS to find the hotel. The staff was unable to give driving directions from the location that we were at. The directions took us to a location that was not very safe.

Very nice. My flight arrived early and they let me check in early. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I will be back!
