Friendly and helpful hotel staff; clean, comfortable, and spacious room; perfect Williamsburg location close to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

There are rooms basically right outside the hotel lobby, which I've never seen before. Luckily I was on the 2nd floor. I have no complaints about the room really. The bathroom was very modern and nice, the room itself was bigger than I anticipated and the bed was huge. I didn't sleep that well but that might have just been because of my own problems. The downside of this hotel is it's not very local to anything but if you don't mind taking cabs or uber then definitely stay here!

The Condor Hotel was great-- comfortable, clean, convenient parking just across the street in a gated lot. Rooms were practical with a small sink area, minifridge was empty so we could actually use it to store things, and the bathroom was well designed, albeit a bit small. Bed was super comfortable and temperature control worked decently. The view was pretty terrible (just the wall of the next building over) but we didn't go there for the view. The staff experience could use some improvement. When I first checked in I waited quite a while before anybody showed up-- there was no way to let them know I had arrived, nobody in sight, nobody to hear me call out that I was at the front desk...eventually cleaning staff showed up and helped me find the front desk person. This was frustrating. After that check-in was fine. The next day we asked to extend our stay by a day, they said we would have to re-book entirely due to how the system worked, which we did, and went on with our day. Later in the afternoon we came back and were told we never booked the room and that they had no record of our extending our stay. Front desk spoke with the person who had done the rebooking in the morning and they were unable to resolve it between them, and said they needed to check the security cameras to be sure we actually physically came downstairs to rebook (which we had done). This was very frustrating and even a bit insulting, staff needs to keep better records and communicate better.

The location was very convenient for my trip. The assets looks pretty new. Excellent cleanliness. In general it accomplish with my expectations.

To say this hotel is in Williamsburg is a liberal use of neighborhood boundaries. Closer to Bed-Sty. Very nice linens and pillows. Problems with hot water during my stay. Breakfast included and pretty good. I'd stay again.

Hotel room was nice. Nice tv, and bathroom. Not too far from everything. Plus a very nice and helpful front desk staff.

Overall, the hotel was great. One thing to complain is that the wall is too thin and we can hear a lot of noises from outside.

It was a fine experience for the money if you need a place near Williamburg. Good breakfast.

Overall good experience. Good location and service. Has small lobby on first floor where I spent most of the time (was pretty quite then, so no one else came there). Nice staff - asked them to turn off TV on Saturday and they did.

Great option if you're looking for a clean and relatively affordable place. In a great Hassidic Jewish neighborhood too which was so interesting!

The Condor was a great peace & quiet & not wanting to be disturbed. Very clean & comfortable hotel. Staff is also very helpful

beautiful hotel- not super location

To say this hotel is in Williamsburg is a liberal use of neighborhood boundaries. Closer to Bed-Sty. Very nice linens and pillows. Problems with hot water during my stay. Breakfast included and pretty good. I'd stay again.

very bad experience

Stayed 4/30-5/2. First room heater did not work and no not water in the shower. Moved to another room next evening. Great room, but someone opened our door wide open at 2:30 am... Needless to say freaked us out and we stayed up until our 6am taxi to the airport. Miserable.
