Comfort Inn Times Square South Area

Location is perfect and hotels were priced nicely.

We used the room to bathe and sleep. Actually there was little space for anything more. Breakfast room was too crowded so we took pastry to our room or went out for breakfast. Decor was tired and ready for update from front entry to hallways. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room size was adequate. My room was clean as were common areas. Didn't notice noise from city when sleeping. Would stay there again.

Room was a lot smalller than pictures suggest. No refrigerator in room. Dining area is too small and smelled musty..

Excellent location to walk to Times Square and surrounding places. Small room but who sleeps in NYC. Small breakfast area. Reasonable price for location.

Stained comforters upon arrival soured the mood. Called for new one, had to wait until the "guy who takes care of that returns." 2 of the 3 front desk staff courteous and helpful. Raphael excellent at front desk.

Overall the place was okay. Front counter staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Let me stop here. The breakfast area for a 80 room hotel was 6 tables in the basement with a temperature near 90. The thermostat actually read 88. This was a joke. The staff that attended to the breakfast area was anything but pleasant. Not sure if the unpleasantness was due to the heat or not. Many of the breakfast items were out and hour into the breakfast. Coffee empty and no OJ. Then one elevator was ouy of order and the otjer one had a homeless joy rider in it asking where she was at and what hotel she was in.

very good hotel, access all location near by, near to the subway, the ferry ad the bus.

the staff was super kind. the hotel is in a great location. They have hot tea and coffee 24hrs which is good when the weather is really cold. I would stay there again

Very friendly staff they did everything we asked for, i.e. Holding our luggage. I would recommend staying at Comfort Inn. Thank you

William at front desk goes out of his way to he! You.

I enjoyed my vacation and the hotel is close to Times Square. Very convenient.

Stayed overnight before a meeting early next morning. Great locale near Time Square, friendly staff, clean, great value. Small, but could have slept 4.

This hotel is right outside time square. If you are looking for a clean room, and don't mind a small room, for a good price, then this would work for you. If you are looking for a big spacious room, then you may want to look else where. But then again this is NYC.

My girlfriend and I created a little weekend getaway in the city. She traveled in from Pittsburgh and wanted the New York experience. The staff was very courteous and held our bags while we experienced New York after checkout.

I went there to spend my birthday with my girlfriend. Good memory, nice hotel.

I came to New York for the day with my family for Thanksgiving . We got to the hotel at 8am and they allowed us to check in, way before our 3pm check in. Because we were attending the parade I asked if we could get a 12 check out, which they gave to us with no problem. After attending the parade we got caught in traffic and didn't arrive back to the hotel until 12:15, they gave us no issue and allowed us to check out at 12:30 without any extra charge. The staff was amazing . The location was perfect, 2 blocks from Times Square. Walking distance from everything. I will return! Thank you!

Got to NYC bright early in the morning. Hotel happily hold our stuffs before we're able to check in. Prompted the request of high level floor. Was definitely happy with the sight. Room was smaller than the usual hotel; but already prepared from the other reviewers -and it's New York City. Happy with the breakfast. Happy that it's not just bagels, muffins and breads. There's eggs, sausages and waffles as well. Parking is right across from the hotel. Attendant could be nicer -but it's New York City. Maybe we visited New York City on the wrong day, but most people that we encountered out side the hotel was waking up on the wrong side of the bed. For the location and everything, I definitely consider to use this hotel again, if we decided to do another NY weekend trip.

The hotel is 3 streets down from the subway and Times Square, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean and it had enough room for me to do my morning workout. It was very reasonable, by New York standards. The view was better than most other NYC hotels I've been at (open space, not the building across the street). The staff was really courteous.

This hotel suited us great for a short 1 day college visit to. New York. Because of past reviews I knew what to expect regarding how small and tight the rooms were. Other than that the staff was very helpful, the breakfast lady was very helpful and nice and the location was excellent. Will use every time if the rate I got on this visit is similar.
