The hotel is only a few minutes from the airport and is ultra convenient. Prices were excellent and my room was extremely clean and very comfortable. I did experience a little New York street noise during my stay but it’s to be expected to some extent in the city.

Very friendly staff. Was helpful for every question we had. We had just missed our flight & the lobby was so warming and made us feel so much better when we knew we had somewhere to rest for the night.

The staff was rude and not accommodating. I would not invite anyone to this place. One major mistake l made. Never, never again.

Hotel is small but very comfortable and I recommended for overnight or short stay. Very conveniently located close to LGA. There’s nothing around and area is so so. Like I said good for overnight stay but not more than that. Hotel is clean and staff is very good.

The staff were all professional and kind. Shuttle was quick in picking me up from LaGuardia Airport and kept me while I waited. Hotel is very close to the airport, restaurants that do deliver to hotel, and bus lines that will get you any where in NYC. This is my second time at this airport and I was pleased. The morning breakfast was great and didn't seem stuffy or over crowded. I plan to go with the family next time. Thank you Staff

Location of the hotel is good. Near to both International and domestic airports. Better to have shuttle services from International airport also. All internal facilities are boastable

Room was small but very close to airport. Decent TV with lots of channels, Free breakfast, parking and wifi a plus.

The staff worked very diligently to answer any questions and educate their customers

Walls are thin, rooms are small, lots of noise in the am by cleaning staff.

I was there for three nights and the Wifi was ridiculously slow. I ended up using my phone as a hot-spot. I asked the front desk on the second day if they could do anything about it and they offered to move me to a different room. "Do you think that will make any difference?", I asked. "Probably not, it's because we're all full up today", was the reply! Hopefully,this is easily fixed.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had with a hotel in a very long time. This was not just the hotel, but Orbitz as well. It took over an hour, after the 30 minute van wait, to get to the hotel. I called twice during the 30 minute wait and was informed that the van had been on it's way. I didn't understand how it could take this long, until I got in the van. The driver was by far the worst person I have met!! Endless complaining and cursing other passengers. After picking me up, he explained he needed to get another person. On the way to get this person, the customer called trying to find out where he was. He said terminal B, the van driver proceeded to Terminal D !! I told him the passenger said B, I was apparently wrong. He got into a shouting match with the passenger on the phone, about where they were. Again, the person said B, the driver drove to C... At this point over an hour has gone by since I got in the van. I told him I needed out, I was cancelling the reservation. He said no!! I called the front desk and advised them of the situation, the next call was to the police to get me out of the van. This driver needs to be fired! After getting to the hotel, they did not have the reservation via orbitz. A wrong one was made. So I needed to call Orbitz and have them resolve it HORRIBLE

My room smelled of marijuana, two nights in a row. The clerk offered to move me to a different room or assist me in opening my window to air out my room. I was very unhappy.

Close to airport clean and friendly staff good rates as well

good, basic hotel. friendly staff, adequate breakfast. airplane noise can bother some guests.low costs are attractive.

The only reason I chose this hotel was for its proximity to LaGuardia. It was nothing special. It did the job adequately.

Had a flight layover. This was my first stay in New York and this hotel helped make my stay easier.

Missed my flight and no more flights leaving for the day and I live in CT. Better to grab a hotel than go back home. Hotel was great and better than expected for the price. Pleasant surprise and stay.

Clean and convenient to LaGuardia. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Shuttle to and from the airport.

If you just need the hotel for one night and have to be near LGA then this hotel is a good option.

nice hotel for short stay

I was there for three nights and the Wifi was ridiculously slow. I ended up using my phone as a hot-spot.
