This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had with a hotel in a very long time. This was not just the hotel, but Orbitz as well. It took over an hour, after the 30 minute van wait, to get to the hotel. I called twice during the 30 minute wait and was informed that the van had been on it's way. I didn't understand how it could take this long, until I got in the van. The driver was by far the worst person I have met!! Endless complaining and cursing other passengers. After picking me up, he explained he needed to get another person. On the way to get this person, the customer called trying to find out where he was. He said terminal B, the van driver proceeded to Terminal D !! I told him the passenger said B, I was apparently wrong. He got into a shouting match with the passenger on the phone, about where they were. Again, the person said B, the driver drove to C... At this point over an hour has gone by since I got in the van. I told him I needed out, I was cancelling the reservation. He said no!! I called the front desk and advised them of the situation, the next call was to the police to get me out of the van. This driver needs to be fired! After getting to the hotel, they did not have the reservation via orbitz. A wrong one was made. So I needed to call Orbitz and have them resolve it HORRIBLE

My room smelled of marijuana, two nights in a row. The clerk offered to move me to a different room or assist me in opening my window to air out my room. I was very unhappy.

Close to airport clean and friendly staff good rates as well

The only reason I chose this hotel was for its proximity to LaGuardia. It was nothing special. It did the job adequately.

If you just need the hotel for one night and have to be near LGA then this hotel is a good option.

stayed here for three nights cuz i couldn't afford hotels in manhattan. the hotel was cheap. the bus/metro transfer was across the street from the hotel. good breakfast as well!

the shower was not working, except that it was comfortable. No major issues.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We stayed here due to a cancelled flight and it was not a bad choice.

Very close to LGA airport and the rental car return location. Room was small, but clean. Free breakfast was very basic, but "Ok". There was NOTHING around the motel, as far as restaurants, entertainment, etc..

Our daughter was stuck at JFK airport at 9 PM with four young children. Their 14 hour plane ride from China was delayed an additional three hours so they missed the connecting flight. The airline was not helpful and the next flight was not until 6 AM from Laguardia. I immediately was able to book a room at the most reasonable price at the most convenient hotel. I was also given the hotel phone number so I was able to call and ask that they be kind to the exhausted family. They were! Thank you so much.

I spent one night in East Elmhurst. The location is close to the airport and the shuttle to and from was convenient.

For the money I paid (around $100) it was not bad. Like their no-smoking policy (in the whole hotel). The room was close to the reception and was a bit noisy still at 2am. The breakfast was ok but there was no hot food, mostly just juice/coffee, pastries, cereals, etc. Overall it's not a great hotel but definitely ok for a short stay or if you are on a budget.

Fridge, bigger closet. Airconditioner worked great! Pillows were too soft. Towels were too small n not enough.

Impressed with facility, clean, good location and great staff.
