Near everything - food , attractions, travel and great views

It was very comfortable stay, the location was great, very friendly staff. We definitely stay again. 😊

I’d stay here if they had the same rate. ($99 and $108 each night). Excellent price and location for anything in Manhattan. Rooms are basic comfortable to spend the night get up and go out. Outdated furniture ( broken chair). Old towels

We love this hotel for the following reasons: Staff provide the excellent services at all time, love their professionalism, warmness and helpfulness. Location is excellent. It may not be at the heart of the Manhattan, but it is accessed by many subway lines and it is near many other attractions like 911 memorial site, wall street, Brooklyn bridge and ferry to Liberty and Ellis islands, etc. Provide wine from 5:0-6:00 daily and snack bar. Thank you, and we love the stay and will be back!

The hotel is easy to get to by subway and ferry. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

The hotel was well run. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer free wine and snacks at happy hour. And it is close to the subway and restaurants.

Perfect:-) hotel was clean good location in the financial area :) staff was friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the room. Great views. Although I’m not sure how clean the sheets and towels were as I had two allergic reactions from the towels after taking a shower in the AM and PM. Scary situation luckily had my epipen. Probably will avoid this hotel in the future. They must use a really cheap detergent or don’t clean the towels.

I loved thei coffee machine with latte , cappuccino and etc available for free 24 hours .Good way to start a day

perfect location in downtown manhattan friendly staff room was not luxurious, but adequate ( in fairness, we chose the cheapest room option) complimentary wine happy hour ( who knew) complimentary morning cappuccino ( they even had decaf ) will definitely stay here again, but might spring for a better room

Hotel's location, staff and amenities are very good. That's the reason I always try to stay at hotel whenever I visit NYC. But, this time I was not as pleased as in my previous stays because during my three-day visit my shower did not have hot water. Staff tried to fix problem several times but at most they only got lukewarm water for some time. It was tough coming from a freezing weather outside and not having the pleasure of enjoying a hot shower. Nobody explained to me the reason behind the problem and I was not offered to be moved to another room.

Location was very convenient for my particular trip, but A.C./heat sooo loud that I had to turn it off at night as I couldn't sleep.

Restaurant/pub in the same building is the best thing about the hotel.

The room was not that clean. Elevators seemed old.

You can not beat the price here at club quarters, great value for the room. Within a block to the subway, very convient location. Just wish they would put more then one wash cloth and drying towel in the bathroom.

Needed a place in short walking distance from client offices. I expected small room size, given Manhattan location; as expected a Full bed (not King) filled most of floor space, with just enough room left for a comfy chair by the window and a working desk (with plenty of desktop outlets) to one side. A small closet and cubbies built into headboard side tables, so limited storage for clothes, but fine for a 2-night stay. Outlets on side tables for easy re-charging. Style of furnishings & finishings was modern/minimalist, clean lines. Good experience for 2-night business stay, some work-in-room but mostly away from it during the day. Staff service experience was mixed - young lady at check-in gave very good advice on dining and a nearby wine shop for a client gift. A desk staffer the next day, when it was raining out and I asked "can you call me a cab" was essentially useless - called some ride service that would have been an excessive wait, and then didn't actually request the service even though I acknowledged the wait. I just walked out in the (light) rain and flagged down a cab within a minute. Housekeeping did a good job. Bottom line - I *would stay again* for a similar short business trip - which is 95% of my travel to NYC.

Good location in Wall Street near some trains, Battery Park. Hotel is clean and simple

Friendly. Ordered room service once. Was fast and delicious

Great staff but just a really shabby establishment.

Upon check-in,I was given a letter that stated there would be no hot water between 8:00 p.m. that night and 8:00 a.m. the next morning and no water at all from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. After a long, hot day walking around lower Manhattan, we could not shower when we got back to our room. They said it was because of construction across the street and out of their control. Well, then they should have notified their guests for that night and given them the option of changing hotels before they came to check in -- not at the last minute. The letter was dated the previous day, so I know they knew at least that far ahead. Also, on Orbitz, I picked the option for a queen bed, but upon arrival, I was told there would be a $20 upcharge for a queen bed. Rooms need rehab.
