Had a great time. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, and roomy and private. And location was terrific for getting anywhere we wanted.

I am so glad I found this place. This was our first time staying in NYC, and choosing a hotel was overwhelming. We wanted a place close to the theater district, Fifth Avenue, and Central Park. We narrowed our choice by room size, location and price. The location was so convenient that we only needed to use the subway twice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and reasonably priced. On the minus side, the room had no drawers -- only hangers in the armoire -- and the complementary morning coffee was sparse. However, we still give this place two thumbs up and if we ever stay in NYC again we will look no further than the Chambers.

Experience was great. Great hotel. Totally will go again to this hotel.

Our favorite hotel in NY. Second time staying there. This time we booked 2 rooms with kids. Very friendly, clean, and an amazingly convenient location if you like to be in the center of everything but away from the bustle of times square. A rare gem in the City, this is our hotel of choice for NY. Everyone including the valets, desk management, cleaning staff were all very helpful, friendly, polite and very genuine.

Lovely hotel. Stayed there with my teenage daughter, who was thrilled to have access to Momofuku's cereal milk ice cream just off the lobby. Good-size room for NYC (king), very clean, ultra-comfortable bed, fantastic location. Staff was low-key, pleasant and eager to help, though not always knowledgeable. Some of the design elements were not to my taste due to their lack of practicality, but that's personal preference. Loved the rainfall shower, but would prefer the water not end up all over the bathroom floor due to the half door. Appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea on the mezzanine in the mornings. Would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location and great, clean hotel. Located walking distance form Central Park

Love the design of this hotel. This was my second time staying here, the first time I was woo-ed by the bathtub, but forgot to request it this time.. no tub! Dark bathrooms so if you need bright lights you might need to request a mirror. GREAT location, comfy lobby, Milk Bar delicious.

Great location, wonderful staff. Furnishing a little outdated.

Needed a place in the area for an event, and everywhere else was way too expensive. This was both reasonable and very nice. Great staff, very comfortable, and great location. Definitely recommend as a good value.

From the moment we checked in The Chambers Hotel staff displayed just how friendly and helpful they are from helping us with our bags, giving complimentary coffee drink vouchers, to offering nearby restaurant recommendations. It was a stress free stay that truly helped me get through an intense two days of negotiations and meetings. Coming back to the room in the evenings to decompress the by taking a long hot shower from what I believe is the best shower spray in any hotel I've ever stayed at. Kudos to all who work at the Chambers Hotel!

I trained in from CT to see a new band on a Saturday eve with friends and my daughter. Snowing and cold, I was warmly greeted at he door and helped to check in quickly. I was scheduled to go to Lower East side for dinner but once I saw the menu at Ma Peche, I had to try to get a reservation. It was sold out and much to my chagrin. An hour later I was tracked down and told I could eat in the bar area if I liked. It was terrific. Great service matched the hotel service and if I didn't want to see the band Distoria debut at pianos, I would have hung out longer. Comfortable room, rainshower, free wifi and the NYT in the morning. Quick check out and getaway. I will be back for sure.

Hotel has all the qualities of becoming a gem but . There is no bell captain at all. You have to look for it .

Place is low key which is good but right near everything. Staff was very helpful and cool. The lobby and bar is beautiful will definetly stay there.
