Had a great time. Nice room. Clean. Close to times sqr and everything.

Clean rooms and comfy bed. Room had an odd frosted window in the shower with the edges unfrosted, so the people across the way got a free show. I think there's only one room per floor with the shower window. Other than that a 5 star boutique hotel that's a great value.

Due to the fact that it was 20' in NY I had to turn the heat on,& it was very loud...from the 50's or 60's. When I called to find the address of Industria, the concierge told me she couldn't help...that was a first fr me!

Paid around $315 a night after fees and applying $30 off coupon. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated. The room was extremely small but that was OK since we were barely in the room anyways. I've never stayed in New York but I think all rooms are relatively small due to space limitations. Front desk was nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets/blankets looked and felt clean. Bathroom had a stand in shower. Only thing I didn't like was that the temperature control unit was broken. The display was broken so I couldn't tell if I was turning on the heater or AC. I had to spend a wild amount of time getting up and adjusting until we got the perfect temperature.

No complaints, other than there's no easily seen frontage on the street, walked right past it twice. Nice hotel, expensive, but close to Times Square

This hotel is right next to Times Square. The staff is great and rooms are super clean. If I go back to NYC, I'll stay here again.

Wonderful stay! I stayed here for one week for work and everything from check in to check out was great. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was very comfortable! The size of the room was great for a one week stay and had a closet and mini fridge which was great to have. There's a restaurant, Butter, downstairs which had great food and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

From the moment you walk in the hotel up to the moment you check out, staff are very accomodating and friendly..

Very nice rehabbed hotel. Great proximity to Times Square, but about 2.5 blocks from nearest train station.

Wonderful! Great location and awesome staff. They helped us with recommendations and transportation.

The hotel is located at 45th and 6th, great location for doing business and sightseeing in NYC. Around 45th street there are lots of small interesting Asian restaurants for trying new things. Room is on the small side but overall comfortable and clean. Not much of a lobby space and breakfast selection limited. I would recommend just go with a room without breakfast. The price is much better than other hotels in the same category though. Overall very satisfied.

The Cassa is unobtrusively located on W.44th near Sixth Avenue, putting it in direct competition with the Royalton, Mansfield, Algonquin, Iroquois and Sofitel in the same block. It is so unassuming there is neither name nor street number indicating you have found it. The staff is very nice and check in was efficient. The rooms are nice, very clean and fresh, but minimalist. No comfy chair to sit in, just a bed, TV, desk and desk chair. No coffee maker in the room. All I wanted was a nice looking place to sleep. If I had to spend time in the room, it would not be great. But the price was fair for what you get in New York.

The accommodations, staff, service and room comfort could not have been better. This was our second stay at the Cassa and there will hopefully be a third very soon.

Can't beat the location! Just 1 block from time square, subway just 1 block away and a 24 hour supermarket nearby. The room is comfy and actually big enough to move around, although the bed is a little bit on the small side. The shower is great, and the toilet is clean. BUT 1 important thing is, the cleaning lady comes too early!!! On first day I was woken up at 8:30am in the morning, hearing someone opening the door. Turned out it was the janitor who saw me half awake in the bed. She kept saying sorry but I do feel uncomfortable because I didn't even have the chance to put the "do not disturb" sign. I did not expect such an early cleaning either. But apart from that, things are great. The gym is in New York City Sports Club on the next block but it is spacious and well equipped.

NEAR TO EVERYTHING. FOR EXAMPLE : RADIO CITY, LANGAM'S RESTAURANT, TIMES SQUARE(WITH ATRACTIONS), TOP OF THE ROCK, ETC... WONDERFULL LOCATION!!!!!!! VERY GOOD ROOM WITH GREAT SHOWER AND SMILING PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DESK!!!!

Everything was perfect. I stayed at this hotel on two separate nights. Loved the modern, clean rooms and the location. Thought the room size was good for New York and the unsolicited upgrade to a queen room on my second visit was appreciated. Storage could have been a problem for a longer stay but since I was only there for one night at a time it wasn't an issue for me. The waterfall shower and lighted (fog-free) mirror were nice touches as were the dimmers on the lights. The room was very quiet, even the one right by the elevator. Staff was friendly and the Starbucks across the street was convenient. I got a promo price at half off so it was an incredible value. I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.

I loved everything about this hotel! I wish we could go back! We stayed for 4 nights and received great service. They upgraded our room for a bigger bed, free of charge and also without us having to ask. There is a mini bar in the room, some place you can at least keep drinks cool. The bed was amazingly large and very comfortable. The curtains are great for blacking out the room - It was quiet, cool, and comfortable our entire stay. The bathroom had a shower I wish I had in my home! And the staff was incredibly nice from the time we arrived until the time we left. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay again! Not to mention you walk up the street, turn the corner and there is Times Square! There is so much to do and all within walking distance!

Excellent location & very clean little hotel. The only complaint I have is it does not have ice or soda machines. You have to drink from the mini bar unless you want to go back out in the streets. They do bring you a bucket of ice but it usually takes them 30 minutes or so to do it

Loved the location and boutique feel of this place. Super clean room and great staff. Room was smaller than most i have stayed in big box hotels, but it was so well laid out that I really didn't care. 10th floor terrace very nice for midtown location although it did seem a bit bare. There is a BLT restaurant being built in front and a very large space off the main lobby that appears to offer more potential, but no signage as to how it is intended to be used in the future. Pret a Manger is right next door and CVS literally around the corner, lots of reasonably priced restaurants on the same block. Time Square 5 min walk. Price was the usual crazy NYC price...so market forces will dictate this. Definitely staying here again when in need of midtown location.

Maybe 3 or so blocks away from the center of Times Square. Staff was friendly. Was a bit turned off by the valet guy because he asked me for a specific amount to tip him. I thought you were supposed to tip what you felt, not what is desired? Another thing is that they're was no ice bucket readily available, although, the front desk did get the ice bucket up to us in a timely fashion. Wifi was not free. Luckily I have my own wifi on my cell. I think their restaurant closes at 9pm but you can go out on the town till late. Room was a bit small for the mid 300 per night price range. Other then that, it was cool.
