The location is perfect! Walking distance to all tourist spots including a 30-minute walk to central park, 4-minute walk to the subway, 10-minute walk to times square, 15-minute walk to empire state building. The hotel was clean and had a restaurant next door that you can enter from the hotel. There is a small section of the hotel that provides drinks, snacks, and toiletries for sale. There are two elevators which can make the wait time painful. The king bedroom was not as small as I thought. The bathroom was large and there is space for clothes. Microwave and minifridge are also included! There is a business center (computers) and a mini gym that I did not use. There is no pool, spa, etc. The hotel charges $100 per day as an incidental which is silly because there is nothing that you could charge unless you ordered the restaurant food to your room. I think that this place is an ideal location for a first time NYC visitor.

Very nice, excellent central location. Walking distance to all major attractions. Very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and very clean.

Great hotel within walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and Central Park. Room was very clean and modern, just very tight quarters for a family of four.

Great hotel for location. Rooms are small but modern and nicely decorated. I have stayed twice and desk always seems a little short staffed. There are only two elevators and during prime check in time, one was occupied by housekeeping. It took forever to get to and down from the 14ty floor. Also they kept offering special offers, drink specials to people that checked in but not us and I assume it was because we bought through Orbitz.

Great location, clean room and bathroom. It is small, but overall we felt it was comfortable. We will come back!

Aside from the strict check in after 4pm which is odd compared to other places we stay at fhome r business in NYC the stay was pleasant. Even holding out bags after check out was easy. They took them from the desk and held through out while business day.

My husbands first time to NYC . The hotel was great .

Hotel is conveniently located near theaters and Times Square. For price you pay, however, they should at least give you two water bottles in room.

The room was very small and crammed. There are no cots available at this hotel. They have wonderful staff that greet you when leaving and coming in. Also they have a texting service that asks if there is anything else that is needed for your stay which was nice.

What a tremendous location, close to so many wonderful attractions as well as bus and subway stops. The Rooms were rather small but that is the way of downtown NYC.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was extremely polite and willing to help. The room was very clean and spacious. Street noise wasn't overly loud. Less than two blocks to Times Square and Broadway theaters. I would definitely stay here again!

All was perfect, except for the noise in the street. Even if I was at the 13th floor, the soundproofing was not very good.

I stayed here with my husband in anticipation of a wretched commute during the recent snowstorm. This is my 2nd visit here. The rooms are very nice and everything is pretty much tile, stone, etc. for those who worry about bedbugs. The room really has no place for them to hide. I was a little concerned about the tile flooring in the shower, but it becomes miraculously un-slippery when wet! There is a coffee maker, refrigerator & microwave which is handy for a longer stay. I was disappointed by the fact that the bar is now part of the new restaurant. They close very early. We went down for a drink around 10:45 and they were locking up. We had to take our cocktails in plastic to-go cups and go back to the room.

Hotel was very nice and the staff was great! Checking in and out was very easy and fast. Room was small but actually very modern. Great location. I would stay there again!

We booked through a 3rd party site and secured a room with 2 doubles beds. We had no problems checking in early (as requested) around noon or so (we had a delayed flight so this worked out perfect). Room was small but bigger than we expected for "NYC Standards". It also had a nice split wardrobe that conveniently hid a safe, microwave, and freezer (the mini fridge had two settings. Frozen or not.). The restaurant (newly added) inside the hotel was great and fast. Good food for when you don't want to go out or if you're prepping for an event and need to stay in. AC could have worked better but it worked well enough for us. They desperately need more elevators. They have 20-something floors and two elevators so you have to wait a while for your elevator. Unfortunately a lot of times it's faster to take the stairwell than wait. Since they put in the restaurant they no longer have a space to store your bag but the CBH across the street will hold your things and even call you a taxi. But they're busy so if you come back at 2:45 for a 3pm taxi, come sooner. Probably a half an hour or so. Forewarning: it's a 6th floor OLD elevator so you can only do 3 people & 3 bags at a time. It's not cheap but what else in NYC is? It would be nice though if Cambria could work out some kind of Deal with them (maybe 7.50 a bag instead of $10) since it's putting out your guests to not have a place to store their luggage on-site at the hotel.

Overall a good experience, did not like the fact that they gave us a room that was close to the service staff room. There would always be a cart blocking our entrance to the room and we would have to wait.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. Great location, staff, and accommodations. I will stay here the next time I am in that area of the city.

Got it early but room was not ready until after 4pm. Very modern. Nice workout room. Breakfast was very expensive so did not eat at the hotel. They had a small shop with food and other items but again all those items were marked up at least double from stores around the area so didn't buy anything but I guess it's nice to have the option. The room was an average size for Manhattan. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall a nice place to send the week and explore Midtown area.
