Staff was friendly when I checked in. Later in the evening, after we spent more time in our room, we identified this vibrating noise every 30 seconds or so. I am a light sleeper so I was concerned about not being able to sleep well. When brought to the attention of the people at the front desk they indicated they were aware of the noise but couldn't do anything about it since they were booked and housekeeping already left for the day. They wouldn't have anyone to refresh our room for someone else to take it. The girl at the front desk had a really crappy attitude about it. As I thought, I struggled to sleep well. So I paid $200 and hardly got any sleep.

Very small room for 2. Older type heating and air conditioner built into the wall. Made it harder to sleep as it was right on top of you blowing and making noise. Not my favorite. The location is fantastic for Christmas sightseeing

Like the close location to radio city music hall and Rockefeller plaza

Clean, modern comfortable room and bathroom. Lovely staff who wished us luck for the marathon! They also accommodated our babysitter/local friend by adding her name to the record and giving us an extra room key for her.

This location was very ideal-a short walk to both Times Square and Central Park. It was also quiet despite being in the city that never sleeps. For the price it far exceeded my expectations!

Cambria Time Square is an OK 3 star hotel right off 5th ave. Don’t expect nothing more of it. Know the following about this place: * Late check in (4pm) Vs. early checkout (11am), while it is 3pm /12 pm approximately in most hotels. * Loud AC in the room makes it a very unpleasant to stay * You must be the person using the credit card used to reserve the room or they won’t let you check in. Yes this is an “Hotel policy” which appears no where in the terms and conditions when booking the room online which can make your check-in experience into an embarrassing nightmare.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to all tourist spots including a 30-minute walk to central park, 4-minute walk to the subway, 10-minute walk to times square, 15-minute walk to empire state building. The hotel was clean and had a restaurant next door that you can enter from the hotel. There is a small section of the hotel that provides drinks, snacks, and toiletries for sale. There are two elevators which can make the wait time painful. The king bedroom was not as small as I thought. The bathroom was large and there is space for clothes. Microwave and minifridge are also included! There is a business center (computers) and a mini gym that I did not use. There is no pool, spa, etc. The hotel charges $100 per day as an incidental which is silly because there is nothing that you could charge unless you ordered the restaurant food to your room. I think that this place is an ideal location for a first time NYC visitor.

Very nice, excellent central location. Walking distance to all major attractions. Very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable and very clean.

Great hotel within walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and Central Park. Room was very clean and modern, just very tight quarters for a family of four.

Great hotel for location. Rooms are small but modern and nicely decorated. I have stayed twice and desk always seems a little short staffed. There are only two elevators and during prime check in time, one was occupied by housekeeping. It took forever to get to and down from the 14ty floor. Also they kept offering special offers, drink specials to people that checked in but not us and I assume it was because we bought through Orbitz.

Great location, clean room and bathroom. It is small, but overall we felt it was comfortable. We will come back!

Aside from the strict check in after 4pm which is odd compared to other places we stay at fhome r business in NYC the stay was pleasant. Even holding out bags after check out was easy. They took them from the desk and held through out while business day.

My husbands first time to NYC . The hotel was great .
