Rooms are fine, well trained personnel at all levels. Area not that nice but not unsafe and several Queens buses run if front of hotel and is located one block from subway station to go to Manhattan, 2 stops ahead. If the weather is nice and you take subway, stop at Roosevelt Island and take nice trip in aerial tram into NY parallel to Queensboro bridge, leaves you 1 block from Bloomingdales store. The tram costs the same as subway or bus, use Metrocard.

We only came here for the continental breakfast and the F train goes straight to Times Square. It's a 30 second walk to the F train. Very clean room and warm breakfast with lots of food and drink options.

Friendly, and clean. Much better free breakfast than I had expected.

Nicely located close to two major subways stations. Good breakfast, price included.

I had a great time at the hotel and everything was beautiful. However I did wish some employees wore gloves when handling the food directly. Other than that, employees were hospitable, the area was accessible and full of food and the room itself was great.

Very nice breakfast, room and bathroom is large. Just 5 minutes to metro station by foot and 2 stations from manhatan.

I stayed there for two nights, I was a little skeptical when i booked this hotel but all turned out very well. The staff very friendly and polite (especially the lady at the night), the room big enough for NY standards, clean, nice big bed, the heater/AC is very noisy though. The area is not that bad either.. 21st is a busy street. I was surprise I didnt hear any of the housekeeping in the morning, usually they make lots of noise in the morning (the hotel I stayed before). The hotel has a limited parking space in the side, left and right of the hotels entrance. The only thing I didnt like it was the last day, when i was checking out, I got a notice on my car that my car is not register to the hotel and i have to register it otherwise Ill get a $500 fined and they will tow my car. By the way my car it was parked on hotels parking space. Anyway, I will definitely stay there again with no doubt.

Smooth Transaction nice hotel good experience I will Back again

Great hotel to stay at. Definitely would stay there again.

Very good hotel! Everything was great but the breakfast was outstanding and i have never experienced such a variety in food. Awesome job Please be aware, that you have to pay $ 25.00 for a parking spot in the back. There are only 6 parking lots, so whoever comes first and pays, will get the Parking. The are opportunities to park on the street or in the neighbourhood/

Had to park on street. Limited parking. Slow elevator. Tried to upgrade to a bigger room and they were full. Very busy hotel. Stated I had a view of Manhattan. I Had a limited view

fine, you can book this hotel......................................................................................................................................................................................................................

The hotel isn't at the best looking area, but who cares the price is decent and it was only 20-30min. away from most of the places we were trying to go to. Rooms are a little older looking and a bit small, but its not a bad place to stay at. We were only in the room at night and gone the next morning to explore. They provide continental breakfast ~6-10am (cereal, eggs, sausage, pancakes, bread, bagels, etc). The subway (F station) is only a 5min walk from the hotel. From the F station: Manhattan is only 20min, Lower Manhattan/Chinatown/East Village is only 25-30min, Brooklyn/Williamsburg/Queens is only 35-40min. TIP: If you plan to use the subway, highly suggest getting a metro card for 1 week (or longer) of unlimited rides (including bus) for $32-35. Worth getting if your going to go to a lot of places.

Brand new hotel so everything is clean. Front desk staff is superb. One stop away from Manhattan and two blocks from the subway. The neighborhood itself is low income/industrial, but seemed pretty safe. However, if you're looking for glamour and lots to do nearby, this is not the location for you.

Good overall. But a little bit scary outside at night.

The room was small and clean. The room had a nice view of the city and I was just in and out. I did have a rental car and the street parking was a little difficult but nothing unmanageable, however, I stayed on a Sunday in November.

No outdoor parking, inside parking cost 25 per day

It was one block away from the Subway station F and 1 block away from Sadowsky guitars where I need to be there. Nice Staff and clean rooms.

I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very close to the subway which could be used to get to Manhattan pretty quick.

The room was very small but location was good. The room hotel was about 10 mins from Manhattan.
