Very nice breakfast, room and bathroom is large. Just 5 minutes to metro station by foot and 2 stations from manhatan.

I stayed there for two nights, I was a little skeptical when i booked this hotel but all turned out very well. The staff very friendly and polite (especially the lady at the night), the room big enough for NY standards, clean, nice big bed, the heater/AC is very noisy though. The area is not that bad either.. 21st is a busy street. I was surprise I didnt hear any of the housekeeping in the morning, usually they make lots of noise in the morning (the hotel I stayed before). The hotel has a limited parking space in the side, left and right of the hotels entrance. The only thing I didnt like it was the last day, when i was checking out, I got a notice on my car that my car is not register to the hotel and i have to register it otherwise Ill get a $500 fined and they will tow my car. By the way my car it was parked on hotels parking space. Anyway, I will definitely stay there again with no doubt.

Smooth Transaction nice hotel good experience I will Back again

Great hotel to stay at. Definitely would stay there again.

Very good hotel! Everything was great but the breakfast was outstanding and i have never experienced such a variety in food. Awesome job Please be aware, that you have to pay $ 25.00 for a parking spot in the back. There are only 6 parking lots, so whoever comes first and pays, will get the Parking. The are opportunities to park on the street or in the neighbourhood/

Had to park on street. Limited parking. Slow elevator. Tried to upgrade to a bigger room and they were full. Very busy hotel. Stated I had a view of Manhattan. I Had a limited view

fine, you can book this hotel......................................................................................................................................................................................................................

The hotel isn't at the best looking area, but who cares the price is decent and it was only 20-30min. away from most of the places we were trying to go to. Rooms are a little older looking and a bit small, but its not a bad place to stay at. We were only in the room at night and gone the next morning to explore. They provide continental breakfast ~6-10am (cereal, eggs, sausage, pancakes, bread, bagels, etc). The subway (F station) is only a 5min walk from the hotel. From the F station: Manhattan is only 20min, Lower Manhattan/Chinatown/East Village is only 25-30min, Brooklyn/Williamsburg/Queens is only 35-40min. TIP: If you plan to use the subway, highly suggest getting a metro card for 1 week (or longer) of unlimited rides (including bus) for $32-35. Worth getting if your going to go to a lot of places.

Brand new hotel so everything is clean. Front desk staff is superb. One stop away from Manhattan and two blocks from the subway. The neighborhood itself is low income/industrial, but seemed pretty safe. However, if you're looking for glamour and lots to do nearby, this is not the location for you.

Good overall. But a little bit scary outside at night.

The room was small and clean. The room had a nice view of the city and I was just in and out. I did have a rental car and the street parking was a little difficult but nothing unmanageable, however, I stayed on a Sunday in November.

No outdoor parking, inside parking cost 25 per day

It was one block away from the Subway station F and 1 block away from Sadowsky guitars where I need to be there. Nice Staff and clean rooms.

I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very close to the subway which could be used to get to Manhattan pretty quick.

The room was very small but location was good. The room hotel was about 10 mins from Manhattan.

this hotel has great staff always available and nice to customers. Position is ideal is you wish to be near Manhattan without having to pay huge amount of money and it is pretty close to the airport both LGA and JFK. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast room is not that big so it hotel is fully booked you may have to share table or wait for one to get free, but it being already included in room fee it is a good breakfast.

The hotel is located in a convenient area near sub way station. There is no parking space, you have to park on the street to stay at the hotel. The room is small but everything is new and clean. If you plan to take a few days to explore New York , then it is good. The room rate is affordable and the hotel is new updated. Room is small.

When we first got there it was extremely early and we knew that check was later but our flight got there sooner then expected and we wanted to enjoy the city so of course we went to the hotel to leave our bags. They of course said yes but when wondering where they were going to be at the said, " of just place them in that corner behind the red ropes''. Mind you this was in no other room or anything it was actually in the corner of the lobby. I know its something that they do as a courtesy but we do travel enough to stay that this was out of the ordinary. I'd just wish that the lobby wasn't so small and you would be leaving you luggage very close to the door. They didn't have security and its not like they would pay for any loss or damage luggage. We end up waiting the three close to four hours of check in and leaving the luggage in our room. Other than that the room was clean. The bathroom was updated and clean. Still bummed out that we had to wait so many hours for not having a secure locked room for people that arrived before check in or there room was available still. The subway is around the corner and easy to use and get to time square.

The staff was exelent. Food very good. Service on high level

The hotel is located near our son, and the subway, facing Manhattan. It was an excellent value.
