Best Western Long Island City

It was good for what we needed, a hotel between JFK and Laguardia. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. The juice dispenser was broken but the staff did not place pitchers of juice out or figure another way for people to get drinks. The selection was also somewhat small. Otherwise the hotel was nice and the room was comfortable. I slept very well.

room clean and comfortable.the bathroom just too close to the entrance door.limited parking and first come first serve.

it was nice and decent hotel. it was inexpensive for amenites that they offer.

This Red Roof Inn, which is in Long Island City, Queens, is an excellent bargain, considering how close it is to Manhattan at half the price but sacrificing nothing in quality. I have to give a "shout out" to Kevin at the Front Desk who was very patient in taking my phone call that evening to direct me to the motel, and then unbelievably, did what he could to secure me a parking place right in front of the motel. He should be promoted. Parking is like gold in New York. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice stay. Close to the 7 train. Room was very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well located, clean and easy access. Staff always available to help

The curtain in the room smell very bad, the water is not hot enough.

Although the hotel had a good price and a good breakfast, there was mold on the ceiling in our shower and the beds were rather hard.

Not a good sleep. I heard all the cars & trucks on the expressway & the room was a deluxe queen which seemed extremely small and had a box for closet space.

Room given to me was much smaller I requested a change but the other room was also same size No views at all

Check in takes along time, the room was clean. Breakfast was simple. Internet was not that good. It's said free parking, but when I got there all parking were full. The worst thing was the nearst station was 15 mins away

Dresser drawers stuck because dresser falling apart. Tiny room and bathroom. Awful breakfast. Charged extra for room safe. Plastic wall panel in elevator busted. Lobby furniture torn and peeling fake leather fabric.

People were nice but the bed was very hard to sit on and lay on. The room was very small

Overall this hotel is comfortable & they work with your every needs. I stay here if ever needed a night out at a hotel. Satisfied!

Clean, quite, renovated place. Little far from train and very expensive for what you get.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Even though I was having complications with my credit card to stay additional days front desk wasn't rude about it. I would stay and recommend them again.

The location is quite convenient for drivers, and the neighborhood seems safe. The one negative point is parking: the lot is fine if only compact cars used it, but the larger vehicles make it tricky. At one point, a large pickup truck made it physically impossible to exit the lot and I had to back up with less than a foot of clearance on either side. The hotel clerk seemed unwilling to do anything, fortunately street parking is possible. I'm rating this hotel at 3 instead of 4 stars because of parking.

Free parking. Close to metro 7. Staff is very nice. Amenities are old though...But worth the money.

Worth every penny and I think the location and free parking are pluses. Easy to find. Overall experience is great. Will definitely rebook if needed.

I love the place it's clean it's a nice to stay and walk around the city
