Great location
Nice hotel. The staff were great. Super helpful. The pub downstairs was very busy and noisy, so didn't eat there. Went to a nice restaurant above Starbucks, on the corner of Denman.

Location is 1/2 block form the beach at English Bay. The view from my rooms balcony was nice. 2 excellent bars. They are remodeling and making it even better for the future.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Convenient location. Plenty restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The beach and ocean is just a block away. The only minor thing i did not like. Noisy seabirds flying around the buildings.
The rooms are nicely upgraded - consistent with Best Western . The lobby it very small and crowded, between an outdoor bar (which was very noisy but quite after about 9 p.m.) and restaurant. Entrance to the property is via an alley and parking is crowded.
