Was given a room key to a room that was already occupied.
The room was so humid that the carpet was wet.
The room smelled musty, the air coming from the air conditioner was really musty like the filter hadn't been cleaned ever. And the window tracks were filthy.
Cleanliness of rooms could've been better but the entire staff was super nice and helpful. So that matters most.
coffee good. could hear neighbors, cars in parking lot. very sticky floor at breakfast nook.
Non smoking room smells sooooo terrible of cigarettes smoke. Smoke alarm went off 2 times in the middle of the night. Staff said everything is a ok.
There wasn't really anything unique. Nothing special. Nothing terrible either.
Room too small. Breakfast not carb friendly. Only one coffee provided in my room. Poor quality tv picture. Noisy.
Poor mattress and thin sheets - no extra blanket was available in the closet

The room next to me was very loud. The staff immediately gave me a new room, no questions asked. Pool & hot tub were great!
My stay was great they have the most comfortable beds than all the other hotels in Mankato that i have stayed in. Hotel staff is very knowledgeable and helpful..
