IT WAS A GREAT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN HONG KONG THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL ALTHOUGH SOME OTHER HOTEL STAFF ARE LIMITED IN SPEAKING ENGLISH BUT OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN HONG KONG

The hotel is located close to the park area and not far from Wet Land Park. Good location for walking and for shopping as well. Several restaurants nearby are great.

Although the remote location was compensated by the low price, one thing I cannot accept is how dirty the room was. Firstly, when we first came in, we found hair on the bed. The toilet was not functioning too. Then in the next morning, we found ourselves very itchy, probably because the hotel did not wash the bed sheet. We are very disappointed by the hotel cleanliness.

Spacious and comfortable room. Downside is no free wifi in room and the Internet fee is apparently overcharged.

This is my 5th or 6th time I stayed, the hotel is closed to my friends where they live.

The hotel is reasonably priced. It is easy to catch airport bus to airport. Rooms are large by Hong Kong standard.

Great experience stayed here on all trips to hong kong

The hotel is close to shopping mall and public transportation. The room is big enough including small kitchen and a dinning table.

Comfortable and clean, small mall with nice shops and restaurants connected to hotel! Easily accessable transportation begins just outside the door and can connect with main transit just a short tram ride away. Using transit is easy, just take the time to first ask the hotel desk and then read the signs. Follow the map th hotel gives you and you can get to any part of Hiong Kong you want! I'd use thjis again even though it is a 30 minute ride to town on transit! As for any place in Hong Kong, wear a respirator as the air is polluted.

We stayed here because it was near the Chinese border but it turned out to be a great hotel in its own right. The staff was perfect; both friendly and helpful from everything from money exchange to helping me make a call to the mainland. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner buffet (which we did not eat) looked incredible. There is a shuttle bus to downtown but it was faster to take the nearby metro. The price more than made up for the slight inconvenience of being removed from the main sights of Hong Kong.

The room is clean; hotel staffs are courteous ; there is no room service; reasonable gym equipment; internet wifi is not free! If wifi is important to you, that takes the "value" out of the equation. If you are traveling with the tourist group, without the need to arrange for your own transportation, then, it's very good. Otherwise, it's a little bit complicated to navigate the neighborhood.

left an item in the safe. able to retrieve it. hotel didn't charge me for an second bus ride to airport. room very big. great place to stay.

First of all, if you are just looking for a stopover, this is a good deal. Low cost. But the hotel is not anywhere close to Hong Kong or Kowloon. It is in the China side (I think). In New Territories. Taxi costs about US$60.00 to US$80.00 each way. It is a long long ride (a little bit more than an hour). I thought I'd never get there. So make sure you add this cost to the hotel cost. This is a 3 star hotel, not what is advertised. You get what you pay for. Rooms are not bad, for a 3 star quality. It sits in a suburb of Hong Kong, with restaurants, grocery shops. Absolutely nothing to look around. A walk will take you around through some shopping and a nice park. If you looking for those lights, the bay, the high rises. This is not the place. Absolutely not a sight seeing location!

The hotel was very nice and clean, the room was spacious which was my main reason for choosing it rather than a tiny room in the center of town. It was far out - about an hour from Kowloon or Central stations, but it's a cheap easy commute with only 1 or 2 transfers and about HK$3. We were not impressed with the buffet breakfast, not worth the money if you ask me. That said, there are not many nearby options other than some rolls at 7-11 or fast food at Cafe de Coral next door. All in all, the hotel is a great value if you don't mind the long train rides. The staff was fine, though their English was not great and they were not a wealth of information regarding tourist attractions and advice.

The bus and street trolley car service worked well, with stations about a 3 minute walk away that will take you to any location in Hong Kong. Hotel service staff answered all questions contributing to our sucessful daily activity plan. Hotel room kitchenettes proved very convenient with economy meals prepared for the children. The fridge kept the beer really, really cold. A great view of the mountains and nearby towers, with many varieties of sport activities in the back yard; tennis and basketball court, pool, playground, sport track, fountains and gardens. Clean and quiet. Most important observation, is what my 7 year old said, "This place is organized!"
