Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath direct oceanfront home located on the car-free beach. 2-stories. 1650 sqft. Enjoy the sun on the large oceanfront deck with plenty of space to relax. Read a good book from the cabana, offering shade from the sun.

The main level features a spacious oceanfront living room with a large flat screen HDTV, DVD, leather couch, and cozy chair. There is an oceanfront, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room with seating for six. Absolutely gorgeous view for you while preparing meals, dining, or entertaining. The main level also features a full bath with a walk-in shower.

With spiral stairs down to the 1st level guests will find the large master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom with a queen-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom with 3 singles. There is also a full bath with a walk-in shower.

Cable TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, outside shower, and all linens are supplied. Please Note: Not handicap accessible due to the spiral staircase.

30-night minimum.

Ahhhhh.....

Gorgeous property with the perfect deck for spending hours and hours watching the ocean. Updated home with great interior. Do note the staircase is narrow - which was not a surprise for us. We had 6 staying in the home and never felt crowded or too close to each other. The deck helped. Two of us worked and the WiFi was never a problem. We will be back!

House was really nice. Exception, being that there was no microwave. No bother though as we were able to work around that easily. Spiral Staircases really need to be addressed though and a light needs to be installed in the downstairs mirror as it's tough to shave in the dark. Overall the stay was pleasant and the location couldn't be any better.

Beautiful spot

Lovely cottage on the beach, beautifully remodeled in a modern style. I had a great time here. The huge deck, kitchen, and living room are standouts. If you like to cook, read, and relax, you’ll be right at home. This is in a super quiet little neighborhood about 2/3 mile north of Canaveral National Seashore. Another reviewer mentioned the stairs - basically the 3 bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs (street level), and the kitchen, living room, and a larger bathroom are upstairs (beach deck level). There are two staircases, one on the side of the house that connects to the deck + kitchen door, and a spiral staircase inside. The spiral staircase is quite steep and may be hard to descend if you have any mobility or balance problems. The outside staircase is much more accessible but, of course, it’s outside. I got used to the inside stairs pretty quick and will happily stay here again, but just FYI! Thanks for a wonderful time, can’t wait to come back.

Great Vacation. Merry a Christmas

Fantastic space. Spiral steps inside a bit tight but put side stairs up to amazing deck more than make up for it. Loving room view of deck and ocean could not get any better. House is built to soak in the ocean life.
