There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom from the previous guest

My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and the customer representative was very helpful. There is a bar and restaurant on the first level of the hotel. We decided to go to the French Quarters for some beignets and explore the inner city of New Orleans. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s not too bad except a dirty carpet in the elevator. During our stay only one elevator worked.

Room was better then I expected! Hotel is fairly new. Restaurant onsite. R&B band Friday night.

DO NOT STAY HERE! HORTS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!Rooms not ready at check in time. When we finally got the room (an hour later) only cold water was coming out of the shower so we had to wait another 30 minutes to change rooms. No one clean the room the next day had to go to the reception to get clean towells after being told by the manager twice that someone was going to be in the room shortly ( 40 minutes waiting no one showed up). Same story the next day. No towells in the room.

Everything was great with the exception of the staff. They were not very friendly.

We arrived at 4:05pm.. room wasn't ready. Had to wait about 20 min to check in. 2 towels in room for 4 people. No maid service, had to go get more towels. People were super loud, walls were really thin. Elevator was EXTREMELY slow. Staff not friendly.

When we arrived the bathroom was filthy! Trash & dirty towels under counter, hair EVERYWHERE! We only had one towel and washcloth. When I asked for more (there were 4 of us), the front desk person was rude. One of our beds didn’t have pillows & the sheets were dirty upon arrival. Front desk staff was notified immediately and NEVER came to change sheets. Terrible experience!

Noise of heat and air condition compresse. Kept us up all nite. Like a jack hammer under our window. Never any cups downstairs for coffee. Shower and toilet i cleaned. Sink was clean staff was busy and friendly. Wouldn't stay again there

I am very disappointed in this hotel ! When we arrived we noticed our room had not been cleaned there was crumbs and toe nails all over the floor , the pillow cases were dirty with something that looked like make up foundation and eye liner , when we went to the restroom the toilet paper we had was wet. we called the front desk and she left us on hold for so long that we ended up hanging up and we went downstairs to complain, she said someone will go clean our room in fifteen minutes , we left and came back four hours later and they still didn’t clean our room ! Our stay was disgusting and disappointing!

I would have given all good reviews, however there were roaches in my room. Highly disappointed for paying 200.00 to stay

After being out all day we came back to our hotel room to find it totally not cleaned.beds were still unmade, garbage not removed, bathroom not cleaned. I complained to the desk and she explained that they were a green Hotel and that I had to request service. Now I do not object to using the same sheets and towels for a couple of days, but I do want my bathroom cleaned, my bed made and garbage removed every day. The second day the same thing so I found a maid who agreed to clean the bathroom. I was never informed at check in that they were a green hotel nor was it mentioned in your description. The day we checked out both elevators broke down and we had to carry all our luggage down 7 flights of stairs, a no small accomplishment for a couple of 80 year olds. No help was offered by any hotel personnel. It should be mentioned for future guests that every Friday night the hotel has live bands which draw huge crowds of people.

It was just a place to sleep for us, so I was not looking for anything extraordinary, We tried going for breakfast one morning and although the front desk said it was open, not a single waiter/waitress could be found. We left. On our 3rd night I woke up with "bites" all over my head and a few on my hand/arms. My wife got bitten all over. I can only assume it was bedbugs.

Checking in was a nightmare to start. Nobody was trying to check in early but everyone wanted to check in at 4 for the room they paid for and they only had one person rudely checkin in guests. My wife and I drove in after work and took showers and changed before we went out. Then, acted like I was trying to get one over them when I asked for a towel the next morning. Every single staff member was rude. I asked if there was another ice machine bc the only one I could find on the 3rd floor was broken and the front desk lady acted like I asked her to eat her own arm off.

Awful experience, i was late i called them in advance to say i will be late and by the time i arrived room given to someone else, they say no one called inspite of evidence!!! On top of that i was charged!! Daytime robbery!!

room 803 bugs day 1, didn't clean room since I check in on an Friday had to get towels Sunday before I left Monday been there when it was Clarion, Avalon and now Wyndham worst time

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and nice! However, the first room we checked in to was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was urine on the toilet seat and the shower was still wet from the last guest. We were moved to a second room only for the toilet to leak a brown liquid that was sticky on the floor outside of the shower. There was also hair in the shower. Our third and final room didn't have any major issues but the bathrooms are extremely small. While there was a place for them, no room had a fridge or microwave. The microwave in the lobby had been removed so food had to be given to the kitchen to be reheated. Housekeeping had to be requested each day or they didn't clean. Overall their customer service was great but the cleanliness and the housekeeping staff was severely lacking.

The check in process was fine and hotel looked wonderful but after that it went down hill. The housekeeping didnt empty the trash the next day in the room, make the beds or pick up the wet towels in the floor of the bathroom. They just put some clean towels on the bed. The refrigerator didnt work in the room because it was not plugged up and there was not a plug close enough to plug it up from where it was located under the entertainment center. This was disappointing because we could not store food, drinks or medications. The rest of the electrical sockets went out in the room so the lamps didnt work and the front desk was notified and they told us that maintenance was aware of the situation was trying to fix it. We didnt have light in the room so we had to open the blinds for light and bathroom door for light. They were charging $10 per day for breakfast which it was showing online continental. Another person staying at the hotel dropped their bottle of wine and there were 4 people standing behind the front desk watching him clean it up with toilet paper and no one tried to assist him with this matter. One of the elevators was leaking water which was another hazard. I have stayed many places but nothing like this. Very disappointing and will not recommend or stay here again.

Our room didn't have no refrigerator or microwave. And they did not service out room not one time

Check on was great , room was clean besides a few things housekeeper forgot to put back in its place ! The hotel needs to improve on water pressure /hot water in bathroom and place fridges in room! Hotel is 15 mins from downtown but I will stay again

My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and the customer representative was very helpful. There is a bar and restaurant on the first level of the hotel. weekend trip to nola
