I liked the location, only 15 mins from everthing.

I recommend not to stay here. First night. I had to change room due to dirty sheets. And top it off. My family and i got stuck in the elevator for 20 mins. Waiting for the fire department to get us out. & to mention my 6 month old daughter was with us. Don’t waste your money on this place.

It was priced appropriately. The check in process was horrible. I showed up arround 11:45 pm and did not get checked in until about 12:20 am. There was only 1 person working and he was going back and

It was dirty stay somewhere else the staff was friendly well some of them housekeeping woke me up every morning at 9am and I had a DO NOT disturb sign on my door the entire Stay

Filthy. Heat did not work. TV reception terrible (constantly stopped, saying not available). Housekeeping nonexistent. Room and hallways never vacuumed. Room never cleaned, trash never emptied - even from the previous occupants. Bed never made. No new towels, coffee, etc. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Maintenance fixed my heat as soon as notified.

No towels in workout room. Too strict on checking time

This hotel appears to have potential BUT the staff was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, had to ask many many times for basic needs such as towels! The housekeeping was basically non-existent. I had to point out to the house keeper areas that have not been cleaned prior to our arrival (such as gum or candy like substance on the beadboard, dirty sheets, trash behind the tv stand, etc). Noticed on the second day that my makeup bag (which resembles a clutch) was missing which confused me because housekeeping NEVER came to our room during our 3 night stay to clean, replace tissue & towels, nothing. Luckily there wasn't any bug issues but the bar and kitchen were closed (no reason given but read they lost their permit to serve). Another frustrating thing was there was only one operable elevator that moved an extremely slow. I would NEVER recommend this establishment. I was told that it is privately owned by a family, but Wyndham needs to consider parting ways with the affiliation as they are an embarrassment to the name.

The property was ok. The staff were rude. They’re lobby was never open and the restrooms in the lobby were out of operation one minute and “ opened” the next. This happened several time throughout our stay. The service was painstakingly slow. It should not take an hour and 45 minutes to check in at exactly “4:00”. After a night of visit NOLA , we came back to non working keys. We had to get them adjusted twice.

Checkin was significantly delayed. But bigger issues were guests being without towels, checking out early to go find places to shower......my personal big issue was that I HAD TO SLEEP IN A ROOM WITHOUT HEAT despite reaching out at 5 TIMES. I literally had to beg for an extra blanket. And they are NOT responding to Orbitz request to verify my conditions.

There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom from the previous guest

My girlfriend and I enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean and the customer representative was very helpful. There is a bar and restaurant on the first level of the hotel. We decided to go to the French Quarters for some beignets and explore the inner city of New Orleans. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s not too bad except a dirty carpet in the elevator. During our stay only one elevator worked.

Room was better then I expected! Hotel is fairly new. Restaurant onsite. R&B band Friday night.

DO NOT STAY HERE! HORTS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!Rooms not ready at check in time. When we finally got the room (an hour later) only cold water was coming out of the shower so we had to wait another 30 minutes to change rooms. No one clean the room the next day had to go to the reception to get clean towells after being told by the manager twice that someone was going to be in the room shortly ( 40 minutes waiting no one showed up). Same story the next day. No towells in the room.

Everything was great with the exception of the staff. They were not very friendly.

We arrived at 4:05pm.. room wasn't ready. Had to wait about 20 min to check in. 2 towels in room for 4 people. No maid service, had to go get more towels. People were super loud, walls were really thin. Elevator was EXTREMELY slow. Staff not friendly.

When we arrived the bathroom was filthy! Trash & dirty towels under counter, hair EVERYWHERE! We only had one towel and washcloth. When I asked for more (there were 4 of us), the front desk person was rude. One of our beds didn’t have pillows & the sheets were dirty upon arrival. Front desk staff was notified immediately and NEVER came to change sheets. Terrible experience!

Noise of heat and air condition compresse. Kept us up all nite. Like a jack hammer under our window. Never any cups downstairs for coffee. Shower and toilet i cleaned. Sink was clean staff was busy and friendly. Wouldn't stay again there
