Located just above the hustle and bustle of Magazine Street, this chic two-bedroom retreat is the perfect urban oasis in the heart of uptown New Orleans. The large covered balcony overlooking Magazine Street and a huge, completely private rooftop terrace provide plenty of outdoor space for people watching and relaxing.

The Space:
Private upstairs 2,000 square foot apartment with front balcony facing Magazine Street and a huge rare terrace with plenty of seating.

Guest Access:
Off-street parking only during non-business hours of Villa Vici (our business hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm.

The Neighborhood:
The penthouse is located on Magazine Street, with shopping and dining galore. It's above the super chic luxury furniture store, Villa Vici. It's a great area for walking or a run while admiring the city's beautiful architecture.

Getting Around:
Prime location for Magazine Street Bus Line and Über/Lyft pickup and drop-off. Gated off-street parking also provided.

Other Things to Note:
The penthouse sits above the Villa Vici showroom, which is open Tuesday thru Saturday, 10 am - 4 pm.

Magazine St Gem

The photos and description are all accurate. Beautiful property in the best location to explore Magazine Street and the Garden District. What isn’t described are the fine details that make this property stand out. The bedding and bath linens are super high quality, as are the appliances, dishware, and furnishings. The furniture is functional, comfortable and well done. The front porch overlooking Magazine St is a great shady spot and the huge, private rooftop ‘patio/yard’ is a fun place to enjoy the sun or evenings under the stars. Our host, Ian, was super responsive and helpful. This would be an ideal rental for two couples as each bedroom has a full bathroom. Highly recommend.

Wonderful penthouse

Villa Vici is spacious and was perfect for our stay (myself my daughter and under 1yo grandbaby). Access was a breeze, penthouse was sparkling clean, and we loved the various sitting areas. Overlooking the activity of Magazine was fun, and the back turf outdoor area was fabulous for sun bathing and hanging out. The beds are super comfy, and bedding / towels are lovely. We will stay here again.

A friend recommended this place. It looks just like the photos. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Convenient location between Tulane and the Quarter. Several restaurants within walking distance. Best VRBO in NOLA

We stay every time we are in town (several times/year) and our experience is always wonderful. The location is unbeatable, the unit is very well decorated and very safe. Ian is the best VRBO host I've ever interacted with. He is very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend Villa Vici!

We just love this VRBO, it's safe, beautiful, and in a great location. The penthouse is easy to get to and in walking distance of many of the best restaurants in Nola including Shaya, Le Petite Grocery and Pomelo. Ian is great and so easy to communicate with. We will always stay here when we are in town.

I stayed in Villa Vicci over Thanksgiving. I had family and friends over and was able to host a wonderful dinner and day together. The property is very nice and functional. Well stocked. Comfortable. Casual Elagance would describe it. They area is fun to walk around with excellent restaurants nearby. Ian was an excellent communicator and host. I will definitely use again when in Nola.
