The space offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table and living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The bedrooms offer a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. One of the ensuites has a shower only and the other ensuites offer a tub/shower combo. The living room offers a 65” TV and the bedrooms have a 55" TV, all with streaming abilities. Each unit has a stacked washer and dryer and clothing steamer for use during your stay as well.
The rooftop pool and hot tub are shared by all units in the property. The rooftop pool and hot tub are open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00pm, weather permitting. Our pool is not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. This area is designated as non-smoking.
We have a designated vaping area located on the 9th floor of the building. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited in our units and will set off our state of the art smoke alarm system.

Park First Saratoga Garage #1025 and has a height clearance of 6’4”. The other option, ParkMobile Zone 50408 (surface lot), is also directly behind our building for overflow or oversized vehicles.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $135/stay (max 2 included). We have a designated pet relief area on the 9th floor, and there is also a grassy park located across the street from our units. Please let us know ahead of time if you are planning to bring a pet.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $300 for a 12pm arrival or $200 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $200 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.
We only require light cleaning prior to departure – taking out garbage and washing any dirty dishes. All linen is professionally laundered between guests.

Overall, the suite was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed hanging out in the space in the evenings. But there were several things that needed attention. The primary bedroom mattress was hard as a rock, making sleep difficult. Towel rack in the primary bathroom was falling out of the wall. Step pedals on trash can were broken. Water pressure was low in all showers. Water filter in fridge was not working. Some of these items are minor but add up to demonstrate the place could use a little TLC.

Great place for a family stay in NOLA
We stopped in New Orleans for a few days on our way to Alabama. Our unit at the Eleanor was perfectly clean, safe, and within walking distance to the French Quarter, and so many other things in the CBD. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautiful. The living walls are a little thin (we had noisy neighbors), but the bedrooms were silent and we all slept great. Would definitely stay here again!
