There was a number 2 in the toilet when we got there and attempted to flush it but it overflowed onto the bathroom floor

Poor service...put me in a small room like a box...will never stay again

The location was excellent - proximity to the French Quarter, but not all the chaos. I was surprised by the *mandatory* $15/night amenity fee. I think that could be more prominently displayed and what it does and does not cover.

Location was perfect 👌 and we were treated like a king and queen. I generally like a fridge/microwave in the room, but we were OK without it for this short time, so I would say everything was wonderful.

Location and professional staff. Great access to the quarter but still quiet and quaint.

The staff was great, but the ice machines didn't work and the rooms were very small.

Close to French Quarter. Old and super small room which is way too expensive given the price. They charge $15 amenity fee per day but there isn’t much amenity to use: poor WIFI connection, small gym, then nothing else.

Location Is perfect for walking the quarters and the staff was amazing.

Very modern and retro. Valet shirked his duties. The room was clean but somewhat noisy.

Great location in walking distance to many attractions. Staff was very friendly and prompt to help us. Loved having a coffee shop right in the hotel and rooms were pretty quiet. Highly recommend.

Very thin walls you literally hear the people in the next room talk

central location, easy walking access to French Quarter

Great location and close to the French quarter. Great prices also. Staff was extremely helpful. Will stay again

EVERY THING WAS PERFECT THANKS MANAGER WAS NICE KNEW HIS WAY AROUND TO HELP US WHERE TO GI WHAT TO SEE AND VISIT

I want to personally apologize for the poor experience with the ice machines. We are working on the issue and hope to have the back up and running shortly.
