The woman that met us at the airport was great they made sure to call and check on us to make sure we were at the right place and to also let us know what the ETA was. The hotel staff was always pleasant with a smile and readyband wiling to help anyway they could. They treated us like family not like “ a stranger from out of town” even though we were. Even though it’s near a busy highway it was convenient for us especially the price it was worth it for us. Thank you for the great southern hospitality.

On the bright side, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. On the downside, the pillows on the bed were the size of couch pillows (not full-size bed pillows), there was no light in the elevator, and the front desk didn't make the wake-up call requested. Overall I wouldn't go back.

This was the worst $105 that ive ever spent on a hotel room. I've stayed at other Red Roof Inn facilities and thus by far is the worst. The room had foul, musty odor. The bathroom door was broken, hair in the shower, visible mold around shower grout, dead roach in hallwsy right in front of entrance to my room...just not a pleasant experience at all.

Very close to Subway, Manhattan and times square is just 10 Minutes awa, very clean rooms and great breakfast, courteous and helpfull staff dont miss

Opt for the extra $50 or $100 when considering staying here. It may be cheap but that is exactly what you are getting a cheap hotel. Prostitutes were across the hall (if that tells you anything). Wasn't sure what was on the walls (mold or bugs - didn't bother looking)

10 miles from French Quarter. Friendly staff and clean room.

Not a bad place to stay for the price. Close to the airport and less than 20min from downtown New Orleans. Rooms are clean and breakfast is served

When we got there the front staff was very friendly.

Rooms were okay. Location was scary. The side entrance did not lock so anyone could enter.

Hallway carpets and walls filthy, dark, and eerie. Toilet lid had blood stains. No pillows. Instead we’re lumpy sacks of fiber stuffing placed inside of pillow cases. Nothing to eat on sight. Not even a piece of fruit to be picked up at the front desk. Vending machines had nothing healthy to eat or drink. Only junk food and junk drinks. No milk, fruit juice, nuts, or anything other than toxic junk “food.” Room feesl barren and abandoned and cramped for space. Location— scary. Next to a highway overpass and across street from a sketchy all night convenience store, with suspicious characters hanging out at midnight apparently peddling sex and drugs. This hotel worth at most $35 per night. Anything above that is unreasonable to ask of guests.

We asked for the shuttle for 9 am the night before When we came at 8:50 am next day we were told the shuttle had left .... really? And were told to wait 50 Minutes but the airport is less than 10 Minutes away Bit of an unreliable staff go somewhere else if you need the shuttle

Good place to stay for the price. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning of the stay.

Room cost was $70 for night airport hotel in not a safe place rooms were only 1 double bed for 2 waited 2 hours for courtesy shuttle called 4 times told he was on his way only to find out he was at the hotel quote “doing nothing”. Carpets in hallway ripped, only 1 elevator working Pillows were tiny and so called comforter had burnholes after going back down to front desk twice they offered a free night. Didn’t even want to stay for free made reservations to crown plaza called Uber and ended up paying 4 dollars less.

Great experience! Staff is friendly and accommodating. I booked my reservation for the next day by mistake and they made accommodations for me to check in that day. As a family of tourists, we wanted to maximize the New Orleans experience. They even allowed for a late checkout so we could do one last tour package.

No heat in room, unit did not work for heat or cold. Very noisy due to truck traffic on hwy next to hotel. NO sleep and freezing

The curtains fell. They didn't clean our room half the time. This place is horrible.
