Nasty. Smells bad in there. They allow pets so it's like being in an animal shelter. You shouldn't have carpeted floors and accept pets into your rooms.

Room smelled like mold. The floor areas without carpet were filthy!

Breakfast was limited in that only fruit was apples, No bacon, sausage or ham.

The hotel is clean, the staff are courteous and friendly - some of the best service I've ever had in a hotel. They were also well groomed and took pride in their appearance. The only hiccup was the ac/heater in the room. It is a wall unit that should have been controlled from a wall mounted thermostat according to a sign. But I gave up on getting heat using the wall controls and used the unit itself.

Convenient to MSY, friendly staff, clean. For the price, as expected "relatively" updated but probably due for a next round, say, by 2018.

Enjoy staying at this hotel. The rooms are kept clean, when needing service, they respond quickly. Breakfast is always good and kept hot. The staff and maintenance folks are always nice and helpful. Will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

All was good but the room service could have been better

You can hear planes landing and taking off, the room was somewhat dirty and the elevators are tiny.

Room looked great and was clean but smelled like urine.

It was great. We enjoyed the stay. Good hotel to s stay in close to everything we wanted to view.

The hotel was very nice and we would recommend it to friends when visiting New Orleans or any other city for that matter. It was just wonderful.

Had an awesome stay hotel was large and nice friendly staff everything was great i had to acceot a handicap room but over all saty was still quite well

paying over 150 for smoking room is insane. and the amenities were awful. shuttle bus was bad..

Stayed at the Laquinta by the airport about Dec. 5, 2014, and interested in staying again this next December. I had a suite so I could see some friends while there, the breakfast was good, staff was attentive - example my luggage was late coming in and came in at midnight, the next morning it was ready for me, the bathroom had some trouble flushing, and someone was sent right up and repaired it. The suite was cleaned, plenty towels were available, and the suite was cleaned each day. I will definitely chose the LaQuinta again.

Basic hotel, near the airport, friendly staff, clean room, nothing special to report. now do I meet the length requirement? People are letting computer runs their lives!

The hotel had many qualities that needed improving. The trash cans had no trash bags. the shampoo, was ok they had no lotion. they had no water fountains or water out for the guest. The food bar was not a hot breakfast.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was nice, clean and quiet, and the breakfast was good. It's about a 10 minute drive to the French Quarter, but the money we saved on the room was definitely worth it. I would stay there again.

I booked this as I had an early AM flight. IT is 5 minutes from the airport along a main road, close to food. The place is nice, recently redone and the rooms are clean. I didn't feel grossed out. Bed is comfortable. Basic breakfast to get you going.

Great hotel for the money. Located very close to airport with free shuttle service was an added value. Hotel has a bar and grill, which I found very convenient.

great hotel!
