I enjoyed my stay. Mildred, on the front desk went out of her way to accommodate me, of which I was very gateful.

It was fine just wish the the beds was better and no could Take me parking place but beside that it was good thanks you

Way too little room for $150. Outward facing rooms not noted on website

Got stuck in the elevator. Elevator emergency bell didn't work. Called front desk an she was nonchalant about us being stuck in the elevator(with no ac & it was hot/hummid) Ended up opening up the elevator door with our hands. The room was ok. Could be up to date an more clean. Prob wouldn't stay there again

My room had that old hotel smell. Definitely needs renovating/updating. Minimum ventilation. The furniture is dated. The carpeting should probably be cleaned. I had to spray fragrance to compliment the smell. Also both chairs in the room had food crumbs in them/not cleaned. I remember rooming here back in 1986. It was very nice back then. Also hotel clerk misguided me on the location of my room. I got lost. I had to come back outside to move my car closer to my room by the pool. She was not friendly and didn't say thank you/not even the traditional "Enjoy your stay" comment most hotel clerks say. She made me stand there and wait on her to finish her paperwork as well and it was after midnight; I was tired. I only stayed here because the location in BATON ROUGE has been updated. I thought the same for this location, but not true.

I didn't know that the hotel rooms open to the outside. As a single female traveler I felt unsafe. The lock on the door seemed flimsy. When I asked the front desk staff for help, he was rude and didn't want to explain how the door worked. Room was clean but furniture was very old. Minimal bath stuff like soap or lotion. Just an all around bad experience. Won't stay here again.

The rooms need updating. The bathroom was clean. The bath tub was old with stains. The face bowl was cracked.

Overall no complaints, breakfast was over at 930 and we were told 1000

The hotel is pretty old and the rooms show it. but for a nights stay it wasn't bad. i have been in worse for the price

It is in a convenient location which is near many restaurants has a Denny's right next door and a gas station. No complaints, would stay again. Only complaint is you could hear the semi trucks on the high way.

This hotel was much more beautiful than the pictures suggest, which is a welcome surprise. The staff was very friendly and had no trouble giving directions and even recommendations on dining and gambling. I was both impressed and satisfied!

Very good location close to highway 10 for local travel in New Orleans and Mississippi. French quarter was packed for Country star concert. very bad traffic

The hotel looks and feels old The facilities feels like there has no been maintain in long time The rooms are not very clean

It was a good hotel for the money. They could do with a little more breakfast items and add another hour to the breakfast time.

the front desk staff very efficient, clean rooms and quiet and comfortable rooms.

It took 3 times to get a room that was clean and had a working air conditioner. I wrote to customer service and they were quick to contact the manager of the property. We received a refund due to our experience.

you get what you pay for. The smell on the room was horrible, but overall ok

The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the T.V. a new flat screen. The air conditioner is old, an under the window unit. The maintenance crew needs to be fired, and the condition of the exterior given to the house keeping crew. The property needed policed, trash bins emptied, clippings from the shrubs picked up, the walkways scrubbed, the railings and posts painted. Place looked trashy.

The hotel was not what we expected, but due to the fact that we were visiting the area for a rather large event, choices were limited. When we checked in, the room was very reminiscent of a cheap motel. The floors were very dirty, and carpet paper thin. The bathroom had sort of a lingering funk, but was decent on cleanliness. Luckily, we weren't planning on hanging out in the room for very long during the day.

It was Mardi Gras re-visit. The room was not cleaned properly but when I went to the front desk with the issues, the clerk immediately came to the room and got the maid to help her to reclean everything. This property is showing signs of a drastic re-do. We will never stay there again.

Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, rates were a bit pricey in New Orleans during your visit with all the different conventions and festivities. Please consider visiting us again when rates a bit normalized. Thanks again. Mike R General Manager

Thanks for responding! I apologize for this inconvenience, this is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have. We did notify the elevator company and they came out to make the necessary adjustments. I'm very sorry this happened and I again want to apologize. Mike R General Manager
