I enjoyed the stay it was clean, staff was greatand the service too

Everything was great and clean. Night after staying we left for the day and saw me and my son had bites all over us. That’s all I have to say.

The general manager Patel was very rude when it came to getting me the room that I paid for I reserve a king size bed room it was already in my itinerary and once I got to the hotel there was nowhere in their records so they put me in a handicap room when I complained it was an issue the general manager Patel Was Heard saying to her employee "tell him he can pack his stuff and leave". Needless to say when I overheard her telling her employee this I went off on her then she upgraded me to an executive room but I should have had my room from the beginning I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Update Hotel and do better maintenance, fix the hot tub, provide a real continental breakfast with fresh apples and yellow bananas, Newer sheets and covers for beds, clean unstained towels. Thorough cleaning and enough supplies for guests in rooms. (each guests should have a towel at least. Fix the electrical outlets in the room to be able to make coffee or tea or even to charge phones. have enough lighting in the room and bathroom. update furniture( lots of dents and scratches on the wood. Headboards, greasy and filthy (disgusting). Staff tried their best to accommodate us. But management needs to get involved and take care of guests right away. Also they charged my credit card for $250.00 for damages at the front desk as per management request as soon as we walked in to the hotel before we even saw the hotel or the room. No drinking water, water fountain dirty and stained. Hot tub broken. Electrical outlets in room not working. Gave me a 20' foot extension cord to hook up the coffee maker, sheets and towels stained. trash around beds and in the corners of the room.

Comfy bed, room was very clean and satisfying, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Check out was very fast and easy.

My room was on the third floor close to the elevator. The pinging of the elevator lasted well into the night and too early in the morning. The lamp on the desk had a bad bulb and would not come on. I had to move the heavy floor lamp closer to the desk in order to work. The "hot" water was lukewarm at best. The toilet seat was old and stained. And the door to the room would not close easily. Will not be staying there again. This reflects bad on La Quinta.

Great hotel. Close to Grande Isle, New Orleans, Houma. If you want seafood eat at Spahrs or Zydeco's.

We loved our stay. Check in was quick and we had everything we needed. We were close to everything. It was a good central location.

The friendliness and excellent customer service of the reception/front desk staff made up for the unhelpful and discourteous housekeeping staff.

Relaxed and Comfortable and I would recomend it to any couple that is trying to get away with their Boo thing.

Habitación cómoda, amplia y limpia. El personal del front desk normal, no se esfuerzan mucho en demostrar amabilidad pero tampoco se desempeñan de mala manera. Desayuno bueno aunque no de los mejores que he tomado en este tipo de hoteles. Falta de una persona encargada de mantener este servicio (limpieza, reposición de elementos, comida, etc.) durante el horario del mismo.
