We love this hotel and will be back to stay. Staff was friendly and went out their way to make our experience wonderful!!!

Super friendly staff and good location in the French Quarter, but walls were thin and could hear guests coming and going at all hours of the night. There was also some kind of loud generator running in the alley for two of the three nights of our stay (we were on the top floor, 4th floor, can only imagine how loud it was on a lower floor!).

Hotel location is close everything. A lot good restaurants around. The staffs are very friendly. Only some misunderstanding the cleaning lady did not clean my room. I complained to the staff and she was very sorry and gave coupons for cafe de monte

Nice hotel, but the food was small and located near the elevator we're every conversation was heard as well as the flushing of the toilets in the adjacent rooms.

Great place....we loved it. Not your cookie cutter hotel....interesting.

Nice, just the parking is horrible and too expensive for valet parking.

It would have been good if bathrooms had sliding doors instead of regular doors.

We had 2 rooms and one of the room the bathroom was too small the toilet too close to the wall

Very nice. Hotel staff exceptional, with the exception of the third shift employee at the front desk. She was so mean and miserable each and every time I saw her and had communications with her.

Cute little hotel. Valet fees were about $44 a night. If you choose to do self park you are only allowed to access your car 1 time in 24 hours or you have to repay the parking fee. The water pressure in the hotel is bad so the shower was not that good and the toilet over flowed. The rest of the room was okay. I would not recommend going to New Orleans due to the filth condition the entire city is in.

The hotel was very nice and well air conditioning and the staff was wonderful

So on the hotel's website are these wonderfully apportioned rooms and there are claims of a fitness center and updated decor and a restaurant and parking either by a nearby lot or valet---- total lies!!! Dirty rooms, especially the bathroom with previous guest hair on the floor & in the shower Hotel is uder costruction & they were in the process of renovations. There is no fitness center on site as you are led to believe by LaGalerie'so website. The clerk at check in didn't give us a welcome gift bag as we saw him do with other guest as they checked in. Parking is misrepsented as the "nearby lot" actually closes at 16:00 and you are either forced to valet or self park almost half a mile away. I specifically asked the front desk clerk about this and was told he did not know of any nearby lot at all.... THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR!!! The valet put two prominent scratches on my driver side door & they wont even take responsibility for it. Stay here if u r looking for a place to flop after partying on Bourbon St. If ur looking for a romantic boutique hotel, I suggest looking elsewhere....

My room wasn’t available but I was quickly accommodated into a larger room which made me extremely happy.

Dear Jamie: I am sorry to hear of the noise heard throughout your stay. Unless we were completely booked, we would have been happy to move you to a different room further from the elevator. With it being a historic building in the French Quarter, the walls are thin, however, we are doing everything possible to make it more comfortable for the guests. We have put in double pane windows to decrease the noise heard outside the building and are constantly updating the hotel to make our guests happy.
