Nice Hotel. Great area. Street car accessibility near hotel.

Perfect location for a visit to Tulane and the rest of the city

Very nice location every was great would recommend for anyone

I had numerous problems with the room key , in that I needed to have it re-set numerous times and I found the Hotel staff at the desk not very friendly.

If you have a child that goes to Loyola University this is a perfect location. Street car right in front of hotel and can take you to campus or French Quarter. We stay here every time we visit NOLA.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and really convenient, in addition to the usual fruit, cereal and beverages there was hot eggs, sausage, make your own waffles and good selection of pastries and breads. Good location and easy front door get on the street car to the aquarium, french quarter, canal street. I went with younger kids so it was a family type vacation. The pool was fun but could have been kept up a bit better, which is the only critique I'd make. It was over labor day weekend so prices higher than I'd like to pay but the location was within walking distance or the street car went there so it met my needs well..

First trip to new orleans. Hotel was nice but a bus and cablecar ride to downtown and bourbon street.

great place to stay! We arrived early and they had our room ready and let us check in!

This is a nice hotel for the price range. It is clean, the breakfast is decent with a good variety offered, and the staff is very friendly. It's a bit far from Canal and Bourbon Streets, but the street car stops near the hotel and will take you right there. Buy the day pass for $3.00 and you can take as many rides as you want until 4am. Parking is free and convenient at this Hampton Inn also.

nice amenities....convenient location inthe arden district...handy parking

Clean Staff was very excellent and professional Amenities were great

We got there close to 4 pm and our room was not ready yet. We had requested a certain type room. It was ready about 10 minutes later. I usually expect rooms to be ready anytime after check -in time at 3pm. I thought "oh, no" I hope the whole stay is not this way. It wasn't and the room was fine. Not the cleanest hotel I've even been in but the staff was accomodating and the beds were comfortable. Good location in New Orleans. I would stay again, if I needed to stay in the Garden District. Not very close to the French Quarter, if that is where you would rather be.

Close to great restaurants, Magazine Street shopping, Audubon Park, and Street Car line along beautiful St. Charles Avenue.

The hotel was quiet and clean. For the most part, the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the staff who worked the breakfast bar in the morning. The hotel seems well-maintained, and is in a very convenient location.

If you want to be in the Garden District the location is fine but a bit far from the French Quarter.
