You have to take the trash. Cleaning every 7 business day

It was no breakfast which the website says free breakfast, the hotel is old looking inside and the beds are very hard.

Pleasant staff but the room showed it age and long time use. Room had a particular odor that while not offensive it was a bit disconcerting.

We chose this hotel because the location and price. But it turned out to be the worst hotel stay for my family. We stayed for 2 nights for our spring break in New Orleans on our way to Pensacola. The room was dirty, no one vacuumed the floor, a piece if cake was on the floor. The drawers and cabinets were not cleaned. The refrigerator was dirty, food crumbs were inside the refrigerator door shelves. The bed was very small and not comfortable. The worst of all, the bed sheets were dirty as well. We found human hair in the sheets, we have straight black hair and there is curly black hair on the sheets. They claimed they have free breakfast. They only have a cabinet of packaged stuff and coffee, no sitting area, no milk,no toast, no fruits, no pancakes. I seriously think they have very lazy cleaners and the management just not doing their jobs. Never again! We won't even try them again, even at a different location.

Arrived late at night to find out there is no shuttle to motel. Even though It is only a mile or so from airport the cab cost 20$. Arrived to find out they had no hot water. Offered to call around but I had no transportation and it was late , so I decided to stay. Room was ok, but didn't have anything for an extended stay not even a cup for water. My night was comped, thank heavens.

The only thing I'd recommend is for them to get a bigger roadside sign. I drove past it twice but the desk clerk stayed on the phone until I pulled into the lot. My room was beautiful, my bed was comfy, and I most definitely will be returning. I do wish it were a bit closer, but overall this will be my hotel of choice.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to the airport and the close to downtown. Would definietly stay again.

I love Extended stay America. Just wish the Kitchen was stocked the way it used to be instead of having to go to the lobby for kitchen supplie's. Then there was no coffee pot. Other than that everything was amazing as alway's. I am actuall from Kenner, Louisiana. I just enjoy getting away for a night every now n then. Staff was awesome as alway's too.

Not good, but not bad. It was worth the price. It was nothing special

The hotel was nice and the staff was really nice. Close to a lot of stuff which was real helpful. It was also pretty close, closer than I thought to the Superdome.

This hotel was located in close proximity to the airport. It was clean, had a nice kitchen, and was comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

The room I had over the weekend wasn't cleaned at all the bathroom toilet was very filthy and the kitchen counter tops was dirty as well that the front desk clerk gave us a handicap room which I didn't really appreciate it

There were people hanging around outside that made us uncomfortable to walk to the nearby eatery. The room smelled of smoke but was supposed to be smoke free. When we compained of this the front desk person came up with a can of air freshener but was apologetic and freindly. The room was in poor condition and not clean. Carpets were dirty enough that you would never walk around bare footed. We only needed a night stay upon arrival from our flight until boarding our cruise ship the next day so we weren't looking for alot of amenities but this place wasn't even clean.

Hotel was really nice and comfortable for me and my guest and the location was very nice close to the mall, restaurants and the freeway!

Room was clean and comfortable, love the kitchenette and the pet-friendly policy. Front desk staff was great and very accommodating. Overall, a really good value!

VERY clean, new amenities, great customer service. Its a fantastic place to stay for a night or several, the kitchenette makes it great for eating in and has a full sized fridge.

Terrible stay. Moved rooms three times due to being assinged to smoking rooms. All rooms smelled even the last one which was a non smoking room. I was told that when going through a third party booking arrangement, there was no guarantee for a non smoking room, just what was available especially if they are fully booked. What't the point of using a third party if you can't receive what you require? Breakfast was nothing but coffee and muffins.

The area was perfect! It was right off the interstate and close to downtown! I The staff were very friendly as well! Breakfast is okay, it's just bars and coffee. You're better off walking to Sonics or driving to Mcdonalds. Overall, it was a great hotel and I would definitely stay there again! Very affordable!

I stayed at this hotel for the 47th SBowl. Management knew that this was Sbowl Weekend and they chose to start to erect a sign at 7 30 am right outside my window waking me up after only 5 hours of sleep. The beds are hard and springey w NO back support. The bedding was old and nasty. No added security to keep scufflaws from being loud and obnoxious all threw the night " until 430 am" so this stay was absolutely the WORST ive ever had. David loftus
