Extremely disappointed. A really terrible hotel. Dirty, smelly and wifi did not work. Manager was very aware of the wifi not working and did not care.

Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot and on the balconies all night long making noise smoking marijuana. Even a guy grilling on the porch

The hotel was comfortable and clean . Would recommend for future travel. Was close to town and very comfortable.

Nice. Basic. Good stay.just the Necessary for one night in town

The hotel did not feel or look clean. It looked wiped down. It's a great need of repair and maintenance. Our room was not cleaned after our first night though records showed it had been cleaned. Bed was not made, trash not emptied, no clean towels, bath counter not cleaned. We got towels at the front desk and reported the lack of service. Next day it was cleaned but we had ONE wash cloth instead of a hand towel. We were told there were no hand towels. The bathtub was dirty when we arrived and never got cleaned. I wiped it without any cleaner and gunk came off with just one swipe, but no attempt had been made by cleaning staff. I had bug bites each night. There were other complaints by other guests while we were there. I booked there after reading reviews and seeing hotel had 3 stars which usually means okay place. It was jazz festival time and couldn't find another place. We were told by desk clerk that price of room is usually $69 a night but because of festival it was hiked to $125. But second story was nearly empty.

We arrived late and the staff did a good job of getting us into our rooms without a long wait. The rooms were average but they were clean and they had a swimming pool. We only stayed for the night but we did get to enjoy their breakfast bar before we left. Overall I would recommend this place as a nice place to stay.

Didn't kno where to stay or where anything i picked this hotel bc it said it was 10 -20 mins from everything which is very acurate... for the price its great its in a safe area however you get what u pay for (i just needed a bed and a place to store my stuff) and thats what we got...if ur lookin to be a tourist and just shower and go this place is perfect...if ur lookin for a quiet romantic getaway LOL please kp lookin...

This hotel was nicer than I expected when booking a super cheap hotel. The room was clean and had everything you'd expect from a hotel. Front desk worker was nice and helpful. We had to sign out the iron and full sized ironing board (inconvenient to carry a full sized ironing board to the room) But overall it was a good experience and if I'm ever staying in the area again would stay here.

Room was always clean and staff was friendly. Always wanted to know if I needed anything.

its not a five star hotel but room was clean the location was ok not too far french quarter right off the highway area was quiet for the most

Despite my bitterness for FL loss the room was fine... Had to move rooms because the door that connects two rooks would lock and there was a small roach the day we were checking out. The wifi is very in and out not dependable for business trips!!!

The Days Inn was perfect for my wife and I. The staff was wonderful at helping us with any questions we had about the area.

I will admit that we were concerned about finding a room in the area due to conferences and St Patricks day so were happy for the availability. Unfortunately, our first room didn't have a working toilet. The receptionist was short on the phone and asked for us to come to the desk. We received a different room, with some difficulty and lack of friendliness from the staff. The second room had a non working airconditioner and non working phone. We again asked for a room change, was received with the same short, curt attitude. Our third room was ok but obviously was upgraded in a sloppy fasion. We recognize that this hotel may be recovering from the hurricaine but it sthe staff was rude and non helpful. Our second room as given to another guest, who pulled the airconditioning unit our ot the room and onto the balcony. We will certianly question staying at a Days' Inn again

First off there was an ambulance in the drive way as soon as we pulled in. Second when I walked into loby people were in there complaning about different things and one person was even requesting a refund. Third our room was suppose to be non-smoking and it smelled so bad, the knob on the faucet broke, the bed was hard as a brick, the room just did not look clean or inviting. This was a terrible room for the price.

This place had no shower mat and it was very slippery. Also, not very quiet. It was too close to parking lot.

WENT TO VISIT Fmily and look for a house to buy Hotel was o.k just no refrigerator or microwave

During my visit in N.O. I visit old friends, visited the casino had a great the location so close to I-10 interstate.

The hotel needed to be thouroghly cleaned and upgrade with better sleeping facilities. I can say that the staff were very polite, but the devestation of the hurricanes has really downgraded the quality of the hotel.

Arrived hotel room was damp and musty. Had the smell of rug being damp. A terrible smell. We asked to be moved to another room. I was a bit better but still lacked upkeep. I will never stay at another Days Inn again. My overall experience with a Days Inn in the past and now have always been the same. It lacks upkeep.
