Days Inn New Orleans Airport

Tge lady at the front has been sneezing all over. I am afraid I may catch a cold. The facility is terrible

It's an older hotel but works fine, very comfortable sheets for very clean and nice bed very comfortable, and a great price. Check-in was excellent, Shelby helped me out and was very nice. I would recommend it to anyone

Since we were gone all day and some evenings, Days Inn was adequate for our needs. Room could have used better attention to cleanliness- carpet.

The hotel is good enough to stay at for a few days just to stay somewhere, but you can def find better. It’s located right across the street from the airport so that’s the good thing. The staff was nice, but seemed didn’t seem to be prepared for the busy weekend that I’m sure they were told and warned about coming for months. The key cards are too sensitive and I had to get mine reset a couple times and the first day we arrived they had about 20 or more people waiting to check in because there were no towels ready for the rooms. The toilet needed to be flushed a couple times just to get everything down. Like I said you get what you pay for with a cheap hotel, good to stay for a couple days, but you can def find a little better place to stay if needed

I never stayed here but mistakenly booked the wrong dates. Got an email from orbitz to rate my experience and tried relentlessly to contact the hotel but neither one of us could reach them so I was charged. Because of this, I never will stay here.

served its purpose well. had an early AM flight out of MSY so drove down the night before. room was $61. great for the money. is it the Hilton? No. but for what I was needing, it was great. overall, good room for a good price, I probably would not take the family for a week vacation though..

Request 3 times for morning wake up on 4am to catch up plane on 6 am, but hotel stuff forget it.

This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. There was no hot water and the sink wouldn’t drain. I called the front desk many times to try to get this fixed and was told they would look in to it but nothing was done. We paid $300 for 2 nights. The carpet looked like it has never been cleaned and the room smelled very bad. The fridge wouldn’t get cold because the freezer was in need of being defrosted. The staff was very rude when things were asked of them like, fixing anything.

The room smelled disgusting. There was mold and mildew everywhere. The toilet didn't flush properly and the shower barely spit out water enough to rinse off with. The bed rattled so much I thought it would collapse under me. When I complained of noise from other patrons nothing was done about it. The breakfast was horrible, stale muffins fake OJ and coffee with powdered creamer!!! Yuk! The front desk was always busy and had only one person to help so there was always a line. On top of all that, the noise from the nearby airport and trains kept me awake ALL night long. The parking lot was so full of potholes that I though I would damage my rental car. The fitness room was moldy and smelled and there were only 3 weights and the sizes didn't match. The equipment did not work properly. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. Shame on you Days Inn!

I’m probably a bit spoiled - I usually stay in nice hotels for work. I felt uncomfortable and the fridge was incredibly noisy - I did not sleep well and couldn’t wait to leave. YMMV. Very nice people at desk tho.

Friendly Front Desk Clerk, very helpful and pleasant!

Hotel was adequate, nothing fancy. No major issues. Wanted something close to the airport that was affordable.

I had a 5:50 am flight .. so instead of driving a 1.5 hours in the morning from where I was, I decided to look for an “inexpensive” hotel by the airport. The motel was a little sketchy but overall it served its purpose. Didnt like the random used towels out in front of the hotel doors.. not sure if that was dropped out there by people staying or the staff when cleaning rooms

Place is well run and comfortable. Very friendly accommodating staff. The fresh brewed coffee available at all times in the lobby is first rate, ditto for the room coffee. New coffee maker and micro-wave in my room. HOWEVER, the room cleanup woman mislaid one of my slippers. Never found it. No big deal. Got them free in a hotel in India, but they were beautiful blue and I liked them. Oh yes, the IHop, which shares a lobby wall is large, clean and friendly.

The hotel staff were friendly. The carpet smelled like has never been cleaned and the bathroom toilet was dirty. would never recommend to anyone.

Pleasant overall enjoyable it was only a short distance to downtown by car

Stayed here last night of my trip to be close airport nice hotel for early morning flights out they have a shuttle about 4 minute trip.
